After moving here in March of 2023 my unit had roaches and I’m a very clean person. Also found mold in one of my bathrooms and in my daughters bedroom. Thank God our lease is up in a couple months. We will be moving out into something more habitable.

These apartments are the worse and they lie the apartments don’t look like the pictures I live here I know . New management is a joke.
Generally a pleasant place to live. Mostly quiet. I’m a bit confused why my maintenance request is taking awhile to be taken cared of… before this new management company took over, my request were completed in 2/3 days tops.
Unprofessional, no communication. Property has been dirty since new management took over
I have lived here for 6 1/2 years, and it has been a great experience. Growing up in a military family, as well as serving in the US Navy for 20 years, I have moved around frequently in my life. This is the longest continuous residency in my life. Enough said.
The maintenance are the worst I've ever had either they don't fix it or they can't fix it lie and said they fixed it and no one's follow up on what they're doing so they can say they fix something and it's just their word this is the by far the worst place I've ever lived at in my life
Ever since I moved in, the staff has been great. Even more when new management came in. The workers always fix anything broken that I put an order in for. I always get my questions answered when I have any.

I have lived here for 6 1/2 years, and I have never considered leaving for another location. I have always been treated with respect and professionalism by the staff.
The new management team are excellent in all aspect of job. Also, the office hours is excellent for people who need help and assistance. It make a life easier to get hold some at the front office.
This property is not a good property for the price we pay! Management doesnt know how to communicate information to tenants. The day we switched to new management was the day we found out! You cant use all amenities and they charge you for all amenities.
I have lived at the St. Andrews Club apartment complex for 6 years, now under new management. I have always found my interactions with the office staff to be respectful and professional, and courteous. Emergency maintenance items have always been completed in a timely manner, while non-emergency requests are completed as time permits. I have enjoyed my stay here.
This is the worst place I've ever lived moved in found homes in the walls. Dirty carpet in both bedrooms no microwave no fans. Washer and dryer don't work. I swear it's not work 800. Maybe 500. Whoever the owner is will be getting a call from me and the 13 news. I going to report this place and management to housing . don't move here .they make you put a astar for the rating but doesn't deserve it.

Yes, it is clean, staffed and best of all cheap. But Buyer Beware! You get what you pay for. If you should have any issue at all, do not expect it to be resolved anytime soon. No Hot Water? wait about 3 to 4 weeks. No A/C and it's over 100 degrees? no problem, wait about 2 weeks, good thing you can only take cold showers. Refrigerator on the fritz? don't get any cold groceries, it will take 1 to 2 weeks Have a lot of stuff, no problem they have extra storage, but be sure to bring your own lock, they only have manual doors It is a quiet environment, so enjoy; But be sure to stay indoors, if you go outside you could very well be shot in the parking lot. So bullet proof glass on your car is a good idea.
I love living here! The staff is fantastic, and they fix everything quickly. The landscaping is well kept, the pool is clean, and the neighbors are courteous. This is the most amazing apartment complex in the Las Vegas valley.
