As one of Dallas' newest and trendiest mixed-use neighborhoods, Dallas Midtown has everything you could want and more: boutiques, theaters, cafes, restaurants, and entertainment venues, along with office space and luxury apartments. its not bad at all just comes with some minor issues like any other apartment complex. i give it a 3/10 to be honest. i would say about the the ridge on spring valley is that its not all that great but its definitely improving. not bad but not great its average/fair but more fair.

Very bad structural place i moved in like a month ago and had already big issue my apt flooded TWICE INA MONTH because of rain and manager will not transfer me to another unit have to take all water that came in though wall out management sent someone to fix it and it flooded again im so over this i want to leave this place i just want to live in a place where i dont have to stress weather apt will flood again , also walls , windows are so thin or cheap you can hear every sound outside it feels like there is no walls never lived in a place like this so disfunciónal

Lived here for one year so far
I loved this place before the management changed in late 2021 and it’s all gone downhill. Constant changes in the front office. I’m never sure who the landlord is on site because it seems to have changed numerous times over the last 9 months. This new company came in and raised my rent by almost 25% and I haven’t seen any positive tangible improvements to the complex as a result. Not to mention the cost of parking and other ancillary fees went up as well. I absolutely love the location, couldn’t get much better honestly. But I’m definitely leaving after my next lease is up.

The Ridge is a good enough place for everyone with a diverse group of people leasing and amenities that anyone could appreciate. It's not luxury but that's not what I was looking for anyway, and I'm very happy with how it ended up. I will admit I did have a very disappointing start with a rather heavy roach infestation. Thankfully the roaches were not the larger ones normally found in houses and it was dealt with swiftly.

I was under the impression that management cleaned outside the apartments, but, have yet to see this happen. The AC in my unit goes out whenever its over 85 degrees outside making it unbearable to dwell in the apartment. Management decided to charge their tenants to park outside. And, this happened AFTER I signed my lease. I sometimes have no where to park although there are vacant parking spots - management has no response for this. I have been forced to pay hundreds of dollars in towing expenses for parking outside of my own home. The apartments also have cockroaches and it just seems like who ever owns the apartment tries to fix things the cheapest way possible while charging tenants for every possible fee they can think of. Would not recommend this place.

Windows in single Apts Designer plus,adds space,pretty views due to property so well planned and maintained. Security gates/Guard 24/7 excellent access,secure. Incredible Staff like a 5 star Hotel always exceptionally professional and beyond, very intelligent, knowledge,efficient,warm,personable and friendly,add style and elegance.2 Pools an Oasis. This complex has a really good family environment and not a party place. For those looking for a quieter place I would recommend. For those looking for a place that's a little louder I would not recommend.

One of the worst complexes in the area
Please save your money and do not move here!! This place is aged and dated in every aspect. Old dated boiler systems in the complex ensure you will never take a hot shower. In addition, the place is infested with bugs. The maintenance requests are not filled in a timely manner, and when they are filled you will find they are often incomplete. The staff is not friendly and act as though the simplest requests cause the largest inconveniences for them. Very inconsistent/sketchy utility billing practices. Save your money and a year of your life and move elsewhere!!!

Great Management & Living Quarters
I have been a resident of The Ridge On Spring Valley for a year now. This is not the newest property in the area but currently the management staff is Deangelo B and Roxanna H and I have never dealt with a better management team in my life and I have lived all around DFW. RH has always made sure the community was properly maintained and DB always took care of any concerns/requests that I had very professionally and with a sense of urgency. I have enjoyed living here and will more than likely continue business with Lincoln Property Company in the future. Very good place to call home. LPC should make sure all their management staff is just like DB & RH :)

I don't feel I recommend this complex to friends or family seeing as I don't live there yet.its not just about location and service to get people to move in, it's also about service after move in That would determine it fully. I'm liking it so far and hoping for the best . Where we live now it's normal/average to report issues with units and it be fixed within two days.

There are many reasons why I would recommend these apartments. I like the area, the leasing professional was extremely nice and this apartment has everything I have been looking for.
