Shopping Mixed-Use Trendy Art Theater Walkable

As one of Dallas' newest and trendiest mixed-use neighborhoods, Dallas Midtown has everything you could want and more: boutiques, theaters, cafes, restaurants, and entertainment venues, along with office space and luxury apartments. Dallas Midtown is located directly east of the Dallas North Tollway, with I-635 as its southern border. Spring Valley Road is to the north, and Preston Road completes the neighborhood borders.

Dallas Midtown wraps around the former Valley View Mall, which is being developed as part of the mixed-use community. The neighborhood also features Galleria Dallas, a large shopping mall, and a wide variety of stores along Noel Road and Dallas Parkway. In addition to being a shopper's dream neighborhood, it is a golfers -- Northwood Golf Club is on the east side of the neighborhood. Residents of Dallas Midtown enjoy a 12-mile commute to Downtown Dallas.
