The Preserve at The Meadows

Great location with friendly neighbors and staff. Service tickets were completed in a timely manner and regular community events were held. Would recommend to others.

My wife and I love the neighborhood and the community within the complex. The office has been very helpful and willing to work with us on a handful of nit picky things for our unit because they “want to make this feel like home rather than a place you pay to live”. Our unit wasn’t exactly what we were expecting and what we signed up for (based off of the website and tours of similar units) but still does the trick and is nothing me and my wife can’t make a home. That’s the only reason for a 4 star instead of a 5 star

We really enjoy living here. The community is quiet and clean. There is always parking and it is in a great location. The grassy areas have been getting a bit crazy but they were cleaned up this week.

everyone is so welcoming and sweet here, they are always on top of everything. We were accommodated pretty quickly here. The pool is very nice and the hot tub is even better.

I appreciate the friendly staff and maintenance crew. The location and amenities are nice, as well as the close proximity to walking paths. I would definitely recommend!

I love living at Preserve! My apartment was in great condition when I moved in - not a single scratch. The location is perfect too, right next to the Mason Trail, which is great for walking my dogs. Plus, they bring in a pizza food truck every month, which is really cool! The office staff are always friendly and helpful, and the maintenance team is both efficient and kind. If you’re looking for a great place to live, I highly recommend living here!

One of the best places I've lived! The team makes a mission of making this a happy well cared for complex. The maintenance men are wonderful, friendly, and always happy to see my dog! Once a month they even have a food truck. It's truly awesome.

Just moved in and everything has went well. The place was ready and clean on move in. During the snow the maintenance team was very diligent in keeping the sidewalk clear.

Great so far! Apartments are really nice, lots of space, and the walls are thick enough to where you don't hear your neighbors much. Love having a balcony!

we love living here, except pur apartment doesn't have much light. we just wish it could be a bit brighter. most of the office folks are super nice, with the exception of one. she is not a joy to be around at all.

We are coming up on 5 years living at The Preserves at The Meadows. We are happy with our experience. Staff is nice and friendly. Maintenance is responsive and follow the notes I leave before entering.

Lovely area, great buildings, quiet enough in the middle of the city but close enough to everything, right next to the mason trail that connects to every other trail in the city

Love this location, not liking the tenants lack of involvement with site events! Don't like the dog run where it is currently located, wish it were put on the east side of the property as once told!

Location is okay, the rental price not so much. Trash regulation has gotten better but then you see random furniture on the sidewalk for days. Kinda weird.

I’ve found it to be quite the solid place for myself, and can’t complain too much about anything right now. Quite and peaceful as I find it.

Good atention, very clean parkings, the balcony is beautiful, good views from the window, good nature, good care of the apartments, parking spaces.

Wonderful neighbors over in the H building :) It's been relatively quiet. The college kids screaming in the pool around 12-1AM are extremely obnoxious though.

The location is excellent, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and public transportation. The community amenities like the gym, pool, and outdoor spaces are well-maintained and a big plus.

The staff and location are wonderful. I enjoy the close proximity to walking trails and plenty of trees. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex!

Lived here for 3 years. Apartment is nice and has everything we need. Maintenance team and staff are very responsive. Amenities are nice, pool and jacuzzi are heated.

I really don’t have any complaints. Office staff is wonderful and the maintenance staff is the best we’ve had in years!! I’ve been here for 12-13 years and the only thing I would want is new flooring but that isn’t very feasible with my husband being handicapped and using a wheelchair

The manger is amazing and so is the staff! really moving so easy! I couldn’t recommend this place enough. maintance is also on top of everything

It’s a very quiet apartment complex. The maintenance crew is always on it and it’s a good environment. Only downside is the amount of bugs that get in.

The whole process of leasing this apartment was super easy and painless. The space is awesome and super cozy. I will definitely be renewing my lease next year. Everyone in the main office and all around in general are super nice and friendly.

This apartment has been one of the biggest jokes I've experienced. There's only two things I think are noteworthy about this complex. The availability of garages, and it not being congested. Everything else from the price to the location right next to the train tracks drags this place down. Terrible amenities. We barely just got fiber internet because they didn't want to spend the money to upgrade. Cars get broken into by people that hang out by the bike trail (zero cameras). Staff turnover is horrible because they all hate the property management company that took over. There are a few potholes around the property that have never been tended to. There are better alternatives in town.

Staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. Common areas are well maintained. Unit maintenance requests are addressed quickly and professionally.

Ultimately not bad for what you pay for. The rent is reasonable and unit services are done in a timely manner. They have been doing more community events lately as well.

We’ve only been here a week, but we moved into a spotless apartment and any issues we had were addressed immediately. There is plenty of parking and access to trails is such a bonus with our dog! Very quiet and clean community.

A very cozy apartment! I love the location, it's close to CSU but also the Foothills Mall. The amenities are also really well kept and not super busy so you never have to fight for a machine at their gym.

What an amazing little community. It is peaceful and everyone is super friendly. I enjoy the nature trails right outside the apartment building and the landscaping is top-notch.

I have been here for about 4 years. I have been lucky to have great neighbors and be around friendly people. We help each other out when needed, There has been a few changes here recently with people leaving which is kinda sad. I am sure we will get new friendly people in though.

the amenities are great! the pool is very refreshing & the hot tub is great for relaxation! the gym is convenient. the trees and flowers are refreshing as well. i love the fresh herbs available for use as well!

Overall the leasing process went well and was easy. There was a little bit of lack of communication from the front office at points which was a little frustrating

Best amenities ever way better than any other apartment I've lived my dog loves all the green areas to roll around in him and I give a 10/10

Five months now, and very peaceful. However, grateful for years as homeowner. An item not easy to fix, waste of water and gas to get hot water. Every month a new item and an increase to the rent. The grounds always have trash scattered, not just the dumpsters. Landscaping, around buildings, has trash, yard waste and overgrowth. Inside, very poor paint job. Areas unfinished or thinly applied. Floors, fixtures, wall plates, door and window frames have overages. Needed work I was able to fix myself. * Added/replaced caulk around sinks and shower * Loose kitchen & bath faucets * Leaks from disposal & drain in kitchen * Clean p-traps in bathroom * Tightened outlets & switches in box & covers * Scrape/smooth down countertops * Add/replace weather stripping on doors and windows. * Lubricated hinges, handles, latches & slides of doors & windows. * Tightened toilet seats & toilet in main bath to floor. * Fixed several drawers and cabinet doors Even with all this, I have enjoyed living here.

Had a great experience with Stephanie getting everything in order to get the apartment that we wanted, She was kind and very helpful! We have been part of the community for only a few days (we moved in last weekend), It’s quiet, clean and a great place to live!

Amazingly kind staff and nice apartments. Wish there was a bit more parking options but really enjoying the experience of living at the Preserve thus far!

Close to crucial amenities, like grocery store ,movie theatre,bowling alley and several restaurants nearby--office staff is very friendly and helpful

So far it’s been peaceful and easy! I love our space and how quiet it is inside our apartment. Everyone is nice and it feels safe to walk and enjoy the complex at night.

The meadow looks so beautiful in the spring and summer! The staff is friendly and nice and helpful. More security would be nice? Other than that...it's great here. ????

Place is nice. Theres a nice trail nearby its been kept very clean. My only issue is that they never respond to emails. Pretty hard to get ahold of them if you work during their open hours.

Great environment and love seeing the different food trucks! I appreciate how friendly the neighbors are and enjoy the amenities that are offered at the apartments.

It’s been great so far! the team is very helpful and the unit is wonderful!! We just moved in but so far aoooo good and we love love the walking trail out back!

I love the high ceilings, and how the patio is set up facing the noise but I hear no noise other than the train at night. I have plenty of spaces to park, and I love that we have a gym. It’s a quiet and peaceful community and I’m excited to spend the next 14 months here.

Been here from 2020. Large patios. Nice Amenities, including gym pool, hot tub and grill with fire pit. Apartments are spacious. Dog Friendly.

Expensive, loud train, car got broken into and there are no cameras on the edges of the property. Helpful staff but they are controlled by a garbage property management company that doesn't really care about you. Finally got fiber internet which is nice but they took their sweet time getting it. Poor amenities for the price. Look elsewhere.

I’ve been here for 4 1/2 years! I have always enjoyed the convenience of this complex and this part of town! I hope we can keep some office and maintenance people around for awhile! appreciate the work that is happening on the property!
