I have lives here for several years, I really enjoy the neighborhood and access to the Mason Trail from the property. The staff are nice and the maintenance staff is friendly. Minor repairs are taking care quickly. They are current in the process of repainting and landscaping the property to look nicer.

I have been living at Preserve at the Meadows for 6 months and love this community even more than when we moved in. The grounds are ridiculously lovely. The residents are quiet and friendly. The apartment itself is just charming! And the staff are absolutely exceptional. Trevor and Wayne go above and beyond to make us feel welcome, always greeting us with a warm hello and a scritch for the pooch. Today, I had my first maintenance request. Something small. I thought maybe it would be completed this week. I did not expect same day service. Wow! Trevor was here in minutes. All aspects of this complex that I've seen have been handled with more than top notch professionalism. There is a warmth and friendliness that is rare these days. This apartment community is fairly quiet, clean and kept in good repair. The parking lots are somewhat cramped and maintenance requests can take a few weeks to get completed.

Except for the trains, which can't be controlled, the community is great. Peaceful and comfortable. I like the convenience of the walking/bike paths.

Steph has been the part of living in The Preserve at the Meadows. She’s kind, helpful, and always willing to do the most. Even when neighbors have been annoying, or construction taking longer than expected, the front desk has remained positive and there to help with my living experience.
Every staff member and even resident I have met so far has been incredibly nice! Leasing office was very clean and welcoming. Communication has been excellent.
This apartment complex feels very safe and clean! Very responsive management. Very well maintained. I love living here. It is so safe and tucked away I don’t feel like I am right on the road!
We absolutely love the location and how closet we are to public transportación and bike trails. We also enjoy the fact that, despite being right on horsetooth and college, it's a quiet place with very little road noise. The little park on site is super great too. And don't even get me started on the staff--so helpful and friendly. I'd consider several of them friends after our two years of living here. A great place.
After a year and a half of living here, it's finally nice to see the exterior part of the complex being taken care of (aka ‘curb appeal’). Started with better upkeep of landscaping, and hope it continues. Then fixing and repaving the parking lots and drives is another great upgrade. Hope these improvements and ongoing changes continue, but I also hate to think that my rent will significantly increase due to these actions.
I enjoy living here because I feel well taken care of by Stephanie and the rest of the team. My only complaint is that Horstooth Road is noisy.
I love it here at The Preserve! My attached garage is a nice upgrade from my last apartment, and my dogs love the park adjacent to the community. I have so much counter space in my apartment too, in the kitchen and bathroom. And I have a laundry room! It’s been a great experience so far!
It kind of sucks as a woman that i paid for parking but have to walk past three buildings in the pitch black night from work alone, and park on the road anyways even though i pay specifically to not do that, but otherwise its been a great move in expirience!
Honestly a great place to live, has its flaws like every place does but truly great for what they have to offer. Would definitely love to see some improves coming within the next couple months. Truly appreciate the parking lot repairs!

Absolutely love the fact that the street and parking lots got repaved! They did a great job and even with the inclement weather they were able to finish much faster that I thought they would!

My wife and I love the neighborhood and the community within the complex. The office has been very helpful and willing to work with us on a handful of nit picky things for our unit because they “want to make this feel like home rather than a place you pay to live”. Our unit wasn’t exactly what we were expecting and what we signed up for (based off of the website and tours of similar units) but still does the trick and is nothing me and my wife can’t make a home. That’s the only reason for a 4 star instead of a 5 star

We really enjoy living here. The community is quiet and clean. There is always parking and it is in a great location. The grassy areas have been getting a bit crazy but they were cleaned up this week.

I love living at Preserve! My apartment was in great condition when I moved in - not a single scratch. The location is perfect too, right next to the Mason Trail, which is great for walking my dogs. Plus, they bring in a pizza food truck every month, which is really cool! The office staff are always friendly and helpful, and the maintenance team is both efficient and kind. One of the best places I've lived! The team makes a mission of making this a happy well cared for complex. The maintenance men are wonderful, friendly, and always happy to see my dog! Once a month they even have a food truck. It's truly awesome.

Just moved in and everything has went well. The place was ready and clean on move in. During the snow the maintenance team was very diligent in keeping the sidewalk clear.

Great so far! Apartments are really nice, lots of space, and the walls are thick enough to where you don't hear your neighbors much. Love having a balcony!

we love living here, except pur apartment doesn't have much light. we just wish it could be a bit brighter. most of the office folks are super nice, with the exception of one. she is not a joy to be around at all.

Love this location, not liking the tenants lack of involvement with site events! Don't like the dog run where it is currently located, wish it were put on the east side of the property as once told!

Location is okay, the rental price not so much. Trash regulation has gotten better but then you see random furniture on the sidewalk for days. Kinda weird.

Wonderful neighbors over in the H building :) It's been relatively quiet. The college kids screaming in the pool around 12-1AM are extremely obnoxious though.

Lived here for 3 years. Apartment is nice and has everything we need. Maintenance team and staff are very responsive. Amenities are nice, pool and jacuzzi are heated.

I really don’t have any complaints. Office staff is wonderful and the maintenance staff is the best we’ve had in years!! I’ve been here for 12-13 years and the only thing I would want is new flooring but that isn’t very feasible with my husband being handicapped and using a wheelchair
