    Overall, I very much enjoy living here. They maintain the property well and respond quickly to problems. sometimes the lease renewal is a bit of a pain. But I guess it would be that anywhere. I don’t plan on leaving anytime soon.

    So far me and my boyfriend have loved our apartment. The move in process was very quick and thorough. Emma our leasing agent helped us through the whole process and made us feel confident in the positive direction of the community. Our maintenance needs were met promptly and sufficiently. The resident app is very easy to navigate. We have very little complaints about our stay here so far!

    Due to the residents being charged an amenity fee most of the amenities are not available to the residents. The car wash, Gates never worked, exercise equipment, Dog park nasty and the pet wash area broken.

    These are very affordable and the grounds are pretty. It's tucked away from the busyness, but the location makes travel difficult. It feels secure and the neighbors are friendly. Management is responsive and helpful. The trash build up has improved. Regular police presence, not sure why, but it never hurts to have their presence. The apartments are roomy, I love the separate full w/d closet, large sliding door and windows with open feel. Only wish it had flooring throughout. Bathroom is huge and so is tub. They're supposed to be in the process of a years long plan to upgrade and maintain. It's the "cleanest," prettiest complex I've lived in. It's the 7th! Most views have trees.

    Nice to live here...

    I've lived at another The Point at Manassas...Moved here going on 2 1/2 years. It has been a very nice change...peaceful...quiet...tucked away from the roadside. I commute on the VRE to DC daily. This place is so conveniently located to the station. I walk my dog around the grass there on weekends. Easy commute. I appreciate that there are lots of eating places, parks, shopping all very near bye. I enjoy being away from DC out here. My experience has been very positive when dealing with the staff and matience folks here on property. They are very courteous and professional (.. you get what you give).Sure..living in communities with others can be tense at times...but I say again you recieve what you send out...send out positive...it comes back. They make a lot of effort to have community activities..and I appreciate that.. even if I don't have young ones. They go out of their way to let you know they appreciate their tenants...and I for one am happy to be living here at The Point...at Park Station.

    Mismanaged

    This community looks beautiful and has nice amenities--too bad the management does not maintain them for the residents. The gym equipment is always broken, the trash collectors are always overflown with trash and bags pile up on the sidewalks. The complex won an award when I first moved in for excellent management--it has gone down hill. I have been here 3 years and they keep burdening residents to make up for their mismanagement. For example, instead of fixing the gate, they just tow people with no warning. I recently was in a car accident and had to go to the hospital. When I got my rental,the towed it. Yes, I neglected to get a parking pass but with everything happening I totally forgot. The rental was towed only after 2 nights of having it and the tow company said the complex reported me. When I went to the complex to ask for understanding and some sort of credit since I was in the hospital they said they could not help me and I should have printed my parking pass. I have never felt so worthless by any management before in my life. This could have been avoid if they did their job with competence and fixed the gate--which when I brought up they quickly defended themselves by saying how they now longer advertise as being a gated community. So they just never fixed the problem and tow potential residents like me and then do no care.

    The Worst Place Ever

    If I could give less than one star, I would. I have been a resident of Park Station since August 2015. When I signed my lease, this place was still advertised as a gated community. My husband and I moved here because it was close to the VRE (as I commute to DC) and it was a considered a gated community so I felt a little safer. Unfortunately, the gates may have worked once throughout my entire time living here. This place is also infamous for having hidden fees. Just this past summer we were getting a $35 fee added unbeknownst to me. This fee wouldn't show until after I paid my rent since I prepaid it every month. We soon learned we were being charged for not having renters insurance when we did. We had to contact management to have it rectified. No one from the front office contacted us requesting this information. We were just being charged and the line item didn't state for what. We were also charged two $75 fees on top of our monthly rent. When the website timed out and didn't show our payment as going through, we went through the payment process again to soon realize they both were accepted. Accordingly, no one wants to pay rent twice so we called the front office and was told that they couldn't do anything and that we should call our bank to stop it. As someone whose worked in banking, we knew that placing a stop payment would prevent the rent from coming out altogether. We then made the payment from our other account to prevent a late payment and was charged two $75 return fees from the Point. When I called the office after learning of the fee, the front office woman asked if I called the website administrator. I told her I did and that they only speak with management not the renter. She then stated that I can speak with the manager, Josh. I left two messages for him that morning. I received a call back around 4 or 5pm on Feb. 7. Josh stated, he spoke to the website administrator whom informed him that they didn't have issues on their end which meant we are responsible for the two $75 fees. My husband and I have left several messages for the regional manager regarding this matter and still haven't received a call back. You would think they would value a resident who has never been late with their rent and have been here for 3 years. This will be our last year in this place.

    Positives: Okay size for price, location (plenty of shopping & VRE beside property) Cons: VRE beside property- people park their vehicles & walk to station. Instead of management fixing the gates ( Property was advertised as gated community when I moved in) gate never worked. Instead management decided to implement parking stickers and restrictions on visitor parking (Supposedly they no longer advertise as a gated community) Water bill is crazy (added to rent) & they're billing three months behind, I asked office repeatedly for a bill- their excuse is they get water from Prince William County so residents pay a surcharge in addition to actual bill- which by the way they configure by their own math!! They charge monthly for trash which is a joke!! Currently their are two compactors at each end of the property with big plastic trash cans sitting outside the compactor (management says the bins are recycle bins) although I see no labels..residents pile trash and furniture on top of the so called recycle bins instead of placing in empty compactor..so trash is always piled up and strewn all over. Managements solutions- they want to start mandatory "valet trash service" where residents pay to have garbage picked up from their door. How about removing the so called "recycle bins" that no one places recyclables in!!! Maintenance staff is wonderful, however there's a young lady in the office who needs to go to Customer Service 101...

    All and all a great place to live

    I am actually in the process of wrapping up my lease here as i am moving out of state. I enjoyed my time living at The Point at Park Station. It was sort of a bumpy start at first. The leasing people who they had were horrible. They actually left and was replaced with the new staff like Asia who is always helpful and friendly. The community manager and assistant manager they had when I moved in was excellent, the new property manager is good. There is plenty of shopping around (I still miss the Shoppers they had but it closed about a year ago) there is two giants pretty much within a two mile radius of the community plus Harris Teeter, Walmart and a super target not too far. They are putting a WaWa around the corner and just remodeled the Sheetz and two 7-elevens with gas is on both sides of the community. The apartments are nice, spacious and a quiet neighborhood. Super close to I-66 and not too far from Woodbridge, Gainesville and Fairfax. Lots of great open spaces around too. The only thing I would be critical on is that the gates do not work and haven't worked in almost a year. From my understanding they are either going to fix them shortly or take them down. I would totally be renewing my lease if it wasn't for the fact that I am moving...

    Wish I Was Moving In

    I went with a friend to visit family who live at The Point in Manassas. I was blown away by the care and maintenance given to every aspect of the property. The apartments are beautiful and reasonable rents. Everyone I ran into was so friendly and professional. The tenants seem so satisfied. With my sister looking to move to Virginia later this year, The Point is going to be her first stop! Panco picked the Perfect Person to manage this property! Keep up the good work

    I Can't Imagine A Worse Place To Live

    I have lived here for a total of 4 days and I have only had negative experiences so far. First, the front desk neglected to tell us that we needed a cashier's check for our first month so we arrived at the front office on move in day (By the way the people running the office were late to open by about 10 mins.) with all of our possessions packed and people ready to help us move in only to find out that we had to run around town to get a cashier's check in order to move in. Moreover, they are not quick to answer any questions or messages. Moving on.... We have not had consistent hot water since move in. We discovered that we didn't have hot water around 7 p.m. after a long day of moving everything. We tried contacting emergency maintenance, but there was no answer or response. We had to wait until 11 the next morning to contact the front desk, then wait another 3 hours until some one came to fix it. Later that night we did not have hot water again!! This has been an on and off issue since move in day and as of right now, we still do not have hot water. Additionally our oven did not work at move in! There is also no sound proofing in the walls. The people above us are annoyingly loud and let their kids run around all day. WE HEAR EVERYTHING. They even decided to vacuum at 1 in the morning during our first night here and again the following night at 1130. It also seems like they run their washing machine around the clock. I would advise against even considering this abhorrent complex as your next home!! I thoroughly regret deciding on this pathetic excuse of an apartment complex as mine.

    Phenominal Property

    This property and it's staff is amazing! I have had friends who were previous tenants here at The Point and I always heard about how much they loved it here and as a 19 yr resident of the Manassas/Manassas Park area, This property truly blows any property I have seen in the area away. The leasing office was very informative, courteous and friendly when they walked me through the leasing process every step of the way. The apartment was beautiful and well maintained before move in and the grounds around the property is clean and breathtaking. The landscape is well kept, the pool and spa is at perfect temperature, the lifeguards are very friendly and the maintenance staff is on point. The property is in a great location in reference to entertainment, restaurants, shopping centers & local parks and schools. This property also supports local sports teams such as the Potomac Nationals(Minor League Baseball) and to me that is a big plus because local is where everything starts. I would recommend this property to anyone as it was recommended to me plus you cannot beat their rates for everything that you are getting here. Value, sense of community, safety, cleanliness, and friendly staff. Why are you all not here yet?! LOVE THIS PLACE!!!

    Great, And Pet Friendly

    I have been living there for a few months now and it has been great. The Community is quiet, well maintained, and just a relaxing atmosphere. Besides the occasional noise from the VRE which is located close to the community, the area is quiet so you are able to sit on your deck and just enjoy the view. I own 2 large breed dogs and no matter where i take them on the property there is always a waste station nearby. The dog parks on the grounds are nice and open, however they could be a little larger in my opinion. The response time for staff and maintenance requests are really quick and they are always friendly. Overall, this is a great community to live whether dog owners or not. Its away from the main roads but, still close enough to enjoy anything you may be interested in. Also the gated community makes me feel safer than a lot of places i have lived in the past. If you are working in or around the Manassas/Dulles Area i definitely suggest looking into the Point at Park Station

    The unit is in excellent shape. Maintenance reviews often. Heat, air con always works. The Leasing Consultant is very good and recommended the unit. We are very pleased with the large kitchen, 2 bedrooms, large bath. The only problem is that you need a car to access shopping, grocery.

    great service and some very nice extras in apartment

    Having a walk-in pantry as well as an over sized fenced in patio on the first floor are just two of the little extras that make for a most enjoyable and comfortable home...management is quite good with upkeep of both the grounds and the apartments, and the support staff taking care of any after hour problems is simply the best. Having a nice pool,dog run and play area as well as fitness room are pluses as well.

    Hidden gem

    While doing an apartment search in northern Virginia will be a bit pricey this apartment complex will make you think you've struck oil. The apartments are spacious and well worth the price of rent. You can hear the VRE train go by in the mornings but you get used to it quickly. Also if you are positioned by the reveene then be prepared to hear the bullfrogs during the summer. But again you will get used to it. The staff and the maintenance are very friendly and very quick to help get things in your apartment fixed. You really feel like you've hit the jackpot, you're getting a good location, great security with the gate enter and exits, spacious apartment, friendly neighbors and next to the VRE, 28 and 5 miles away from rt 66. You can't beat this place.

    The point at park station

    Absolutely love my apartment! It's much bigger and much more affordable than what I was paying in Woodbridge. It's still near Woodbridge and there's still many shopping centers near by while still being very quiet. They recently built a small dog park which makes it nice to not have to drive to a dog park. And if I don't want to go to the dog park there's also a nice trail that I can take my dog walking or even bike riding. The property is nice and clean and the leasing staff is very nice!
