The McCarthy at Memorial City

My husband has now been living at The McCarthy for exactly one month, and our experience has been fantastic from the start. We had an express move-in and even toured the apartment via Zoom beforehand. Ty, the sales agent, was incredible—he made the quick move-in process smooth and hassle-free. Since moving in, the team has consistently followed through on their promises. Every maintenance request we've made has been handled promptly and professionally. For example, my husband’s refrigerator was scratched and dented, but Oscar from maintenance quickly got him a replacement. Every issue has been resolved except for one balcony light that’s out; the bulb had to be ordered by Oscar. My husband often praises how quickly service requests are closed and how well the property is maintained overall. Plus, there’s always something fun happening for residents to enjoy, even though his work schedule hasn't allowed him to participate. I can’t say enough good things about the Concierge team—Ali, Judith, and Jacira have been absolutely outstanding. While I was in the city helping my husband settle in, they made everything easier by helping with housekeeping entrance to our apartment, reserving elevators for moving and interior design work, and always being available to assist. The management team has been as impressive. Camille, the property manager, ensured we were satisfied with the new refrigerator, and assistant manager Jennifer has also been a great help, making sure we're happy and that everything is taken care of. You can really see the teamwork and cohesion that make living here so pleasant. We love the floor plan we have with the study option. The Concierge lets you know when packages have been delivered, as well as any other deliveries you receive. My husband has medication that needs to be refrigerated, and they kindly placed it in the refrigerator until it was picked up. The McCarthy is truly a luxurious place to call home. It’s exactly what we are accustomed to. We even hired an interior designer, and she made the space feel even more special.

I love living here! The neighbors are all friendly. The staff is great and attentive. The amenities are awesome! I love going to the gym, restaurant, and both pools.

Everything was great. The staff were great and welcoming and very knowledgeable about the Mccarthy. The only thing that was missing for me was a follow up call.

Courtney was amazing during the first time I visited The McCarthy which helped me decide to get an apartment on the spot. Moving in was so easy thanks to the help of the entire staff.

Love the convenience of the location to great restaurants, the mall, Zaza and Houston’s other hot spots are just a 15 minute drive. The amenities are very nice here, safety is great and the views from the balcony are unbeatable. My place is excellent for entertaining family and friends! You get what you pay for here

I've lived at the McCarthy for about 3 years now and I can say my experience here has been absolutely fantastic. The complex and surrounding area is not only extremely safe, but also has everything one can need regarding food, retail shopping, and nightlife. With the building being attached to Hotel Zaza, there are plenty of additional amenities one can take advantage of. I am lucky to have found this place years ago and will continue to take advantage of the space as long as possible!

I really like the staff, the location and the amenities here at the McCarthy. I would compare this location to all of the better high rise options

The McCarthy apartments are well managed and professionally run. Staff is very friendly as well as professional at all times. Any maintenance issue is resolved immediately. Offering a large amount of amenities and a very controlled and safe environment at all times.

I just recently moved in. It is so safe feeling and peaceful! Move in was a breeze. The staff is so kind. I love the concierge late service. I'm glad I'm here!!!

I love it here! I was in a different luxury complex but this is a huge upgrade! I love being in such close proximity to the hotel. I love the wonderful fragrance throughout. The staff treats me like royalty.

The whole experience has been great. The staff at the McCarthy and Hotel Zaza have been great. All of the facilities are great and the convenience of having so many dining options within walking distance is a huge benefit. .

The most significant aspect is the professionalism, friendliness, helpfulness of all employees. I also like that the building and facilities are as well kept up now as they were when I moved in 2+ years ago.

Maintenance service requests are completed in the same day, if not within the hour. Management team, maintenance, and the entire McCarthy team always go above and beyond to make this a safe and comfortable home.

If they fix the doors everything will be 10s. Very quick and easy service

Some of my friends wouldn't like it only because it's not that many amenities. Pool table, game área.

The staff here has resort style management and are very attentive.

The staff have accomodated all my request above and beyond my expectations with a little extra. For example miscellaneous fees are waved, gifts, and the impression of personalized service is the best!

A lot of issues moving in... The service elevator I reserved was being used at the time of my move in which caused my movers to take much longer than expected. AC was not working properly- Diswwasher did knot work. Carpet in the bedroom has hard spots. I don’t think it was cleaned before I moved in...

Life here at The McCarthy is easy, everything we need

It's a safe and clean apartment. My monthly payments are worth the value of what I'm receiving. Also, the leasing agents are friendly and professional.

My experience has been more than expected, everyone is gracious and considerate from leasing, security and Consieur.

My only concern is that our neighbor across the hallway leaves their shoes outside the front door. Not acceptable for an upscale apartment.

I have already mentioned to family and friends about the benefits of high rise living.
