Apartment is great, the maintenance team is efficient and attentive. Facility and common area was clean. Right now we have lesser event organized and concierge service standard is dropping.
people working here is very good. no power outage under the storm. but, troubles of some equipment happened recently, elevator, entrance key, etc.
The experience living here is being really nice. The infrastructure of the building is great. The services and amenities worth a lot the price. I would recommend it

Love the people that work here and everyone that lives here is so nice. Super per friendly. Maintenance is a 10/10 and always on top of their game. The apartment and its community areas are very clean.
Best customer service around! It was the deciding factor in coming to live at The McAdams. The leasing office (shout out to Alvin!!!), manager (Sunny), maintenance team and concierge(s) (especially Atif) are second to none on helping you with whatever you need.
Love my view from my apartment! The "crown" at Memorial City Mall is beautiful all lit up a night! And it's so quiet here. Love my new home!

It’s been a wonderful five years! Location, service and a beautiful complex. The location is a safe location and located directly behind Memorial City Mall which is very convenient to shops, restaurants and more.

I love living here. Great amenities, fun events, and friendly staff! This is a great place to have visitors since there is plenty of mall parking for them. You also have security constantly patrolling because there is mall right next to the building.

I have been a resident almost four years and love everything about the McAdams. The management, maintenance, security, parking, interior decor and neighbors are all wonderful.
Staff and apartments are perfect, walkable mall, private parking, fun tenant events every month, only downside I would say is a couple cosmetic and equipment upgrades. Some TV’s don’t work around property
I’ve really enjoyed my 4 1/2 years here. The staff is very friendly and the facility is very clean and enjoyable. There are a lot of activities to attend and people in general are very friendly. The location is great as well.
Great experience with McAdams! Very welcoming staff and environment. Alvin is the best! Nice quiet neighbourhood. Everything you need is in waking distance.
Overall, living at The McAdams has been a pleasant experience. The neighborhood is wonderful, the maintenance staff is very quick to rectify any issues, and the other staff members are courteous and helpful.
Everyone has been nice. The water pressure is very weak. The manufacturer cabinets issues should have been fixed prior to us moving in. I feel like for a luxury apartment at a luxury price, the cabinets issues should have been resolved. Also no one did a walk thru with us or inform us about the walk through issue form.
I feel very welcome here as well as safe, and the courtesies extended by all of the concierge‘s and front office are truly lovely and greatly appreciated. Also important is my dogs love it here.
Satisfied by quick responding for maintenance, convenient infrastructure and nice clean. Bit noisy with mall trafic and dazzling by light of security cart thru cartain...

I have now been a resident for 6 weeks and everything has been outstanding. The staff here are amazing and always available to help. The apartment itself is beautiful from the wood floors to the high end appliances. It is also close to so many restaurants and shopping.

So far we really like it, building is clean, coffee machine is nice touch, and we like the pool. The move was fairly easy thanks to the security guard and the freight elevator.

This had been a great experience so far. The office staff is so nice and the neighbors always greet each other when passing in hallways. I feel safe . I enjoy al the activities from the apartment's life team and looking forward to more events. It is very quiet through out entire day. The environment is so relaxing and makes you look forward to going home and relax after a busy hard day at work.

Feel safe, feel very welcomed, impressed with the speed of the elevators, and the dog park is standing tall and the Concierge‘s are wonderful!

My experience have been great so far. I’ve met a few neighbors & they’ve been very welcoming to me. The Concierge have been extremely helpful in letting my guest up when needed.

We really enjoy the quietness of our place and the staff has been great. We feel safe when we walk around the property with our dog. My favorite is our big windows.

The staff is friendly, very welcoming and helpful. Everyone here is very kind and the property is absolutely gorgeous. Overall, I love arriving home and seeing people with smiles on their faces.

Everyone on the property is first-class! Couldn’t ask for a better experience. The apartments are spa ious and have great storage, and amenities are fantastic.
