I have lived at the lofts for over 4 years now (and have no plan to leave!), it has been my favorite place I’ve ever lived. The size of the building allows for amazing connection between everyone that works and lives here, it truly feels like a community. Many people who move in live here for many years. The location can’t be beat, and the loft style apartments are modern yet unique and homey. I truly can’t recommend it enough!

I’ve lived at The Lofts at Atlantic Wharf for the past two years, and it’s truly been a great experience. The community is safe, quiet, and well-maintained, with beautiful landscaping and clean common areas. The management team and maintenance staff are friendly, professional, and responsive. The location is also perfect — close to Downtown, The north End, Restaurant, etc but still tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. Overall, I’m happy to have called this place home for two years. If you’re looking for a well-managed, comfortable, and welcoming place to live, I highly recommend.

The Lofts on Atlantic Wharf is by far the best rental building and community in Boston - not that I'm biased or anything! Situated in the best location possible, you have access to the back of the harbor walk and the front of the Greenway right at your doorstep. Not only that but the management team, maintenance team and community are the highest quality you'll find in the area. A clean and luxury dog friendly building with all the amenities you'll need is hard to come by these days in the city and Greystar and BP do a great job at making sure the quality stays at a luxury level. We've been here for years and I don't see us leaving any time soon. Thanks to everyone that makes this community as fabulous as it is!
