The apartment is spacious and quiet. The grounds are nicely kept, and we’ve had excellent maintenance service. The gym is equipped with high-end equipment and everything works! We just moved to Texas and couldn't of picked a better place to call home!!!
I just recently moved in to The Landings not only is the location great but the people at the office are so helpful. I’m new to the area and have so many questions and they are always happy to help. The apartment I moved in is super nice and full of upgrades with great parking location. I’m so excited to call this place my home.
Greenspoint a great place to live, these apartments are ducked off at the end of northpoint dr very safe clean and quiet great staff they always go out their way to help

I went to this complex with a friend of mine that was looking for a apartment and I was really impressed of the attention and the good vibe that we got that day. And well now I’m really happy for me friend because now she has a new home and well I’m happy as well because now I can come over and enjoy her swimming pool lol, keep up the good work office staff. New management is doing so good! We have security! The renovations are amazing! The ladies in office are super helpful and nice! They do things for our kids and residents to make us feel welcome and appreciated! I love it here! Major improvement! Good job guys!!

What a great renovated apartment complex very on top of there work management is amazing maintains is on top of there work. Never have a problem, love the apartments very beautiful & nice cant wait for more to come, installing a beautiful pool and play ground soon and cant wait. very much a AA apartment complex.
