The Iris is a lovely community with excellent amenities and great floor plans in a growing part of Washington, DC. The leasing agents, concierge staff, and maintenance staff are excellent and very personable. They are always willing to answer my questions and take the time to get to know you. They always take a second to say hi when I am out and send timely updates on the community.
