Ive been living here for about 5 years and have no complaints. The building is very well-maintained and located in a super convenient area. The management team is responsive and professional. They also have events for residents! I highly recommend this biilsing to anyone looking for a comfortable, safe, and well-managed place to live!

Great community feel to the building - made moving to a new city easy. Staff is responsive and kind, and does a good job of making sure you’re taken care of. Also the location is great - easy access to lots of places, and surrounded by good food, community spaces like parks, and accessible to the T and interstate.

I have overall enjoyed my residence at the Harvey. The staff are exceptional. The environment is quiet and clean. I had a bad experience with a maintenance request, which was resolved. Overall my experience has been great.

Great experience living here. Reception is always welcoming! Maintenance is very quick to respond with issues. The complex is always clean. I would say the biggest issues will sometimes be the elevators not working or the Butterfly entrance not working.

My experience moving into the Harvey has been fabulous - Natasha and Ben have made the process seamless and I am so excited to start living in the apartment building community.

Everything went great! Natasha and the leasing team helped us set up a convenient time to get our keys and reserve the loading dock. Our move in was super easy thanks to the help we received.

Living at the Harvey has been the best part of living in Boston! The staff cares, the amenities are top of the line, and the surrounding attractions are so convenient (I.e., spa, restaurants, workout facilities, community events). Not to mention, living in Charlestown is just the best!

I've been here 5 years, very sad to be moving due to life circumstances. Semi-Pet friendly. Hood park isn't as pet friendly as it was when I moved in, a lot has changed. Overall, good location, close to the city and highways, modern, new building.

I am going on my second year of living at The Harvey. Since my time at the Harvey, I have greatly enjoyed living in such a peaceful and pleasant environment. I love that the property is not too big and the perfect size, that is feels cozy and welcoming. The Amenities spaces are great and are also clean. The property even smells amazing the minute you walk in! I love living at The Harvey!

Ben is always so welcoming when you enter the building. The Harvey is consistently clean, notifying residences of events or changes, and always putting on resident events. I really enjoy all they do!

What a place to live! We have lived here for almost 2 years and cannot say enough great things about the building. Tony takes care of all service requests within moments. He is so friendly and always willing to help! Ben, Natasha and Scott are also so friendly and great to work with. They truly care about their residents! I moved into The Harvey one month ago and could not be happier with my decision. I looked at a number of buildings and I’m glad I chose to live at The Harvey. Super convenient location with multiple ways to get downtown using public transportation. The building is quite with minimal noise between the units. It’s very clean and well-maintained. The unit itself is great. I’ve met many of the neighbors and everyone is super friendly and welcoming. Above all, the management staff is extremely welcoming and helpful. They’re always willing to answer any question I have or help with anything. I would recommend The Harvey to anyone.

The Harvey Is a Awsome Community to Reside. Management really Helps as well assist their residents. They Sponcer a variety of wonderful Events and Activities such as Movie Night, Breakfast Periodically for their Tenants

There’s used to be more community activities to do throughout the month like trivia night, movie night etc, but no anymore. Despite that it is a nice place to live, and there’s restaurants, entertainment on the street that you can do so you won’t have to go far

The Harvey is always quiet, clean, and updates all residents in a timely manner. The Harvey hosts great events for residents and there’s always something to do with this great location!

Quieter and more convenient than I expected. It is very convenient to take public transportation here, whether it is the subway or bus. The streets in the community are also very quiet, in contrast to the old neighborhood across the road.

Everyone has been super nice here! There are many amenities and it’s in a great location. Nearby traffic during traffic hours but that’s usually found everywhere.

Overall have enjoyed my living experience. My only complaint is hallway noise, lights from the construction and waste disposal next door shining directly into our apartment at night, and lack of information on upcoming developments until they're about to open.

The Harvey is definitely worth it. I have lived here for a year and have loved living here. Everything is kept so nice and the amenities are great.

Living at The Harvey has been great. The on-site teams are helpful and any issues raised are addressed promptly. The location of the building is key, it keeps you central to everything and as Hood Park continues to expand (Tradesman! Urban Wild!), it adds so much to the experience of living here.

So far we are loving our experience here! The amenities are amazing, the neighborhood is great, and we love the location! We especially love having the Tradesman in the lobby!

The Harvey is truly a gem. The apartment complex and the apartment itself are beautiful and I feel like I really lucked out moving here, even though it hasn’t been a full month yet. The moment I toured this place, I knew it was where I wanted to call home. Cannot say enough good things about The Harvey!

I checked out a number of properties and The Harvey really stood out. The building and amenities seemed great. High end finishes in the units. Lots of common areas. Building was clean and well maintained. Leasing agent (Eva) was great and answered all my questions in a timely manner. I look forward to moving in.

For how high the rent is the apartments are quite small. I also have constant issues with noisy neighbors as well as a noise neighborhood as they build it up with restaurants, bars, bowling alleys etc. the location is technically Charlestown but you are on the outskirts of Charlestown. It’s closer to Sullivan than it is to Main Street Charlestown. Also a lot of neighboring construction. The building is very pretty though and the amenities are decent.

Everything about the building is amazing?? everywhere is so clean. The building is so calm to live. I like the gym, outdoor yard, conference room ..

I have been a resident here for 4.5 years. Overall it has been a good experience. I have enjoyed the staff and the walkable community. I’m also happy with the development of local businesses that have sprung up. If I could wave a magic wand I’d like the tunnel, streets and sidewalks be improved. The top surface of tunnel need beautification and almost all pavement or sidewalk are uneven. The building is also noisy from my corner unit facing north. I’m not sure when it was built this was a focus. Lastly, I’d like more organized resident functions to encourage a stronger community. Thanks, Don

I am very happy that I was able to have my first apartment and have it at The Harvey. The staff is so kind and helpful. The upkeep of the building it on point each and every day. Staff is always very helpful and friendly. Building is clean and well maintained. I enjoy the gym which is always kept very clean, and the sundeck. I have lived here for over a year and have loved it!
