At his time I would not recommend anyone lease an apartment at the grove. Greystar is unwilling to invest in the property. Elevators and Gates’s are regularly out of service.

At this moment, out of 10, Grove at Wilcrest will get a 6/10. My desired unit wasn’t available because it didn’t “wow” the leasing staff (legit their words). The unit they gave me is fine but I do not have a working stove (been in the unit since April 11, 2025), the patio door does not lock, and the wine fridge has mold in it.

I love living at the Grove. It's very convenient to the mall area, grocery stores, and entertainment. The apartments are luxurious and spacious. The management team is great. Alex is always attentive and takes care of any concerns and issues. 5 ??

I’ve signed 7 leases at this property that’s says a lot considering the amount of properties in Houston. However my main reason for signing so many leases is because of the amazing staff and Alex. That man is an exceptional human being and has helped my living at the grove be enjoyable. Also the 3 pools helps a lot.

We recently moved from Canada to Houston and have visited many apartments, but The Grove stood out to us immediately. We were impressed by the excellent customer service, centralized location, ample parking spaces in the garage, temperature-controlled garage, three resort style pools, and the quiet, clean environment. It's a good place, nice amenities, good floorplans. Unit was not exceptionally clean when I moved it but some mopping and sweeping cleaned it right up. I have had 2 packages delivered and the first one was stolen and the 2nd one had already been opened when I received it. Internet using Xfinity isn't good, I would recommend At&T if you lease here as they have fiber.

This place has a real roach problem, a serious roach problem! No matter how clean you keep your place you will see roaches regardless. I am not exaggerating when I say I personally killed over 20 roaches on different occasions during my 1 year and 6 month stay. A positive is that the office staff is very nice and pretty responsive

After living in a private home for nearly 50 years, I suspect NO apartment would be considered perfect, and The Grove is no exception. However, my observation is that The Grove is superior to most other apartments out there.

This is the absolute best place to live; not just because of the property—but because of the people that work here and take care of us. I’ve been here approaching 3.5 years and this has been the most consistent management team I’ve ever experienced. The apartment complex is very quiet. The residents are friendly as well as their pets. The pool area is never overcrowded. The apartment complex is clean and secured.

This is one great apartment to live in with amazing people working in the office who are always there to help. Now that this complex belongs to Greystar it’s clean almost all the time around here. I left my apartment for an out of country trip for more than 2 months and wasn’t worried about a thing.

I've lived here about 7 months, and I really like it. The amenities are good and were a big selling point for me. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and property is well taken care of.
