Property Ratings at The Gates Of McLean
Parking and Management are terrible. Towing your visitors and finding any reason possible to charge you extra during move-in/move-out.
The building is not very new but it's pretty clean and well maintained. The neighbors are friendly and quiet. Two huge problems are limited parking and recent construction work across the street at the Capital One campus. There are limited parking options and it's a battle to find additional parking spot if you have only 1 assigned spot. Near by commuter parking is a new option that recently opened up but it is a paid parking lot. The construction at the Capital one building has increased the noise and traffic a bit.
