Property Ratings at The Emile
We are looking for a new home is Houston. We toured the city and apartments and fell in love with the Emile! The apartments a fresh and update and the pool looks so refreshing!
0/10 My Guest WHEELS AND TIRES got stolen in the visitors parking section. The gates were yet people are still able to get in. UNSAFE AREA. My parents tires were also stolen at hotel down the road. The apartments are not bad the area is terrible. And of course they don’t have any working cameras. STAY AWAY unless you have enough move to buy all new tires and rims.
Maintenance never came when needed. Roaches were all over the house. Gates never closed. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE.
They don’t show you in the pictures that the apartments need renovated they just simply give you a nasty old apartment, and have you thinking you will be getting “Luxury” Whole time the apartment complex is overpricing you for cheap stuff if I could move now I would !
The staff are very nice in the office ,but The apartments is nothing like the pictures they are showing, most of the apartments are cheap and not luxury at all it’s not worth the price.
The pictures are nice compared to what you see in person. The cabinets are cheaply renovated. You are definitely not paying for “luxury” apartments. They never answer the phone or come fix issues in the apartment. I would only recommend these apartments if they were cheaper. There are better cheaper options out there.
I currently reside here and these apartments are great. The staff are nice and professional. Maintenance is very quick about addressing any issues. I have been living here almost 2 years and have had no bug or roach issues. Definitely a good place to call home. They were bought by S2 Residential so they are currently upgrading the units. I will be moving due to price increasing above my budget. That is my only complaint.

Legacy @ Champion Forest is a good place to live. It's convenient to Willowbrook Mall and Vintage Park and great entertainment venues. The office and maintenance staff are friendly. I love the built-in desk. It provides a great place to work from home.
I have lived here for about 2 years and I like it. My apartment has a wooded view and an attached garage. My kitchen is to die for and I don't even cook. haha. Service is always prompt and the office is always nice. Sallie has been there the longest and she is always efficient and friendly. The location is convenient and my neighbors are nice. I would recommend Legacy @ Champion Forest.
So far everything has been fine. Maintenance takes care of issues very quickly. My only complaint is that the pet stations are inconveniently located, and can go weeks without replacement bags. No major bug problems. I think I've only found 2-3 bugs in the 1.5 years living there, and they were all dead already.
The complex is kept up very nicely, and the view is amazing!!
