Like the name implies, this district is home to the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Although this neighborhood is a clear choice for students, faculty, and staff, the University District offers allure far beyond the campus. The neighborhood is filled with restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping options. Boulevard Mall offers over 100 stores selling everything from candles to shoes to candy. There is also an abundance of entertainment available within or near the community.
University District is home to several quirky museums including the Pinball Hall of Fame. SeaQuest Las Vegas and the Las Vegas Convention Center are also housed in the district. On top of stellar amenities and fun-filled activities, University District is in a prime location. The McCarran International Airport is four minutes from campus and the world-famous Las Vegas Strip is only seven minutes away.

I just moved in and WOW! Total CALI Vibes! Green Trees and Grass not to mention I'm not worried about my electric bill for the summer all that is included in my rent, Mira Was such a sweetheart who helped the moving process so simple!
The people in the office are always very quick to help. Everyone that works here seems to care about keeping things nice. When we need something fixed it’s done pretty quickly. The outside is neat and clean and decorated with pretty trees and flowers that they tend to nicely.
Property is excellent! A plus! A lot of the tenants look out for each other! A plus! Feeling safe and secure! A plus! Maintenance! A plus! But most of all, management is always there for the tenants!!! Beatriz, you are AWESOME!!! A plus!!! Thank you Diplomat!!
This is a quiet and clean community that is walking distance from grocery stores as well as the Encore casino and the rest of the Strip (casinos, restaurants, etc). All the utilities are included and the appliances are in good condition,. Above all the staff is super helpful, the maintenance guys efficient and always there if you need anything. I was in the 1 bedroom unit and thoroughly enjoyed my 3-month stay. Highly recommended.
This is a great community to live in. The neighbors are friendly, the staff are helpful and attentive, and the location is very convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and anything else you need. Many of the units still have touches of the original vintage Vegas architecture, while still being updated and modern. Utilities are included for most units, so definitely good value. I've been here three years so far and plan to stay.
I currently live here and everyone from the staff to the neighbors treat my sons and I very well. The maintenance men are fast and efficient, they even changed my light bulbs. All utilities included!
To many roaches and dogs and loud tenants rent should be lower.

Good Afternoon, We do offer weekly pest control here on property who comes out every Friday. Unfortunately, if you do not make us aware, we can not help. If you had a problem please feel free to give us a call and let us know what apartment so we can have it checked out. If you had a neighbor who was loud or had loud dogs, we are here 6 days a week to help out with things like that as well. I'm sorry you had an unpleasant experience here but we are always looking for ways to improve so if you'd like to call our office, we'd be happy to go over everything with you. Last but not least, our rents do include utilities and we do monthly comparisons with our neighboring apartment communities to stay competitive. We charge what we think is fair.
