The bathroom is finished with the same modern sensibility, featuring a wide floating vanity with ample storage, clean tile flooring, and a glass-enclosed shower. Wall sconces provide warm, accent lighting. Throughout the unit, neutral tones, clean lines, and quality finishes create a cohesive and functional living environment well-suited to urban life in Seattle. This single-floor lobby space showcases a thoughtfully designed interior that blends contemporary aesthetics with warm, inviting materials. The focal point of the space is a striking wood-planked accent wall finished in rich, warm tones, which serves as a backdrop for a large, vivid piece of abstract artwork rendered in deep reds and oranges, adding a bold visual anchor to the room. Above, a sleek black panel displays illuminated blue vertical light elements, lending a modern, tech-forward identity to the space.

The flooring transitions between carpet and hard surfaces, defining distinct zones within the lobby. A minimalist bench with dark metal legs is positioned along the accent wall, offering functional seating while maintaining the clean design language. In the background, a seating area features iconic orange chair designs that introduce a pop of color and a nod to mid-century modern style.

Exposed concrete columns provide an industrial contrast to the warmth of the wood paneling, while recessed and cove lighting cast a soft, ambient glow throughout. Large windows along the perimeter allow natural light to filter in, enhancing the open, welcoming atmosphere of the space. Located on the fourth floor at 721 E Pine St in Seattle's Capitol Hill neighborhood, this thoughtfully designed unit offers a compelling blend of modern finishes and abundant natural light across a single open floor plan. The expansive living room is the centerpiece of the space, lined with floor-to-ceiling windows that frame striking views of the surrounding Seattle streetscape, including a classic brick building facade. Sunlight pours in throughout the day, illuminating the dark hardwood floors and crisp white walls. The galley-style kitchen is efficiently laid out with warm wood cabinetry, white quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator and range, and track lighting overhead — combining style and practicality. Two hallways connect the living areas to the private spaces, maintaining a smooth flow throughout. The unit features two bathrooms, each finished with modern wood-toned vanities, white stone countertops, and tile accents. One bathroom includes a soaking tub with tiled surround, while the other features a glass-enclosed shower. Together, these spaces reflect a clean, contemporary aesthetic suited to urban living in the heart of Seattle.

Neighborhood

Yes, it's called Capitol Hill -- but it isn't the capitol and there's no capitol building. So how did this Seattle neighborhood get its name? Back around 1900, a real estate developer renamed the burgeoning community from "Broadway Hill" to "Capitol Hill" because he wanted the capitol to be moved from Olympia to Seattle. That never happened, and the quirky neighborhood kept its new quirky name. Capitol Hill is the neighborhood for those who love nightlife. As Seattle's premier place to party, Capitol Hill is home to coffee houses, taverns, bars, nightclubs, and theaters.

Home to artists and musicians, Capitol Hill features a variety of festivals and events throughout the year, and it is home to the Capitol Hill Arts District. College students also find their way to the Hill, which is home to Seattle Central College and is just south of the University of Washington.

School data provided by The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.
