Seattle boasts the finest city amenities with an unbeatable scenic backdrop!
Planted on the shores of the Puget Sound with glorious mountain views in the distance, Seattle enjoys possibly the most scenic locale of any U.S. metropolitan. Skyscrapers like the Columbia Center and Space Needle grace the city’s skyline, further adding to Seattle’s beauty.
Starbucks, Amazon, and Nordstrom have headquarters here, which provides the economy with a well-diverse business sector. Residents and visitors often travel to the waterfront neighborhoods of Pioneer Square and Pike Place Market for fine shopping, trendy bars, and restaurants.
The art scene in Seattle is one of the most vibrant – flanked with art galleries, theaters, and sculptures everywhere you turn. Boasting more than eighty music halls and fifteen symphony orchestras, it’s nearly impossible to not be in walking distance of one from your luxury apartment. Bumbershoot musical festival, which is held every Labor Day Weekend, is one of the world’s largest international music and arts festivals.
Seattle is an ideal city for active lifestyles, where you’ll discover parks, green spaces, and lush gardens. There are also many places for hiking and adventures outside the city, including Cougar Mountain Wildland Park and Tiger Mountain State Forest. Residents enjoy a plethora of golf courses, plus direct routes to Seattle-Tacoma International Airport.

Living in Seattle
There's definitely no shortage of great coffee and exquisite cuisine in the greater Seattle area. You can grab coffee at Peet's or the original Starbucks location near Pike Place Market, but there are many other excellent coffee chains to choose from: Tully's, Cafe Ladro, Diva Espresso as well as lots of independent cafes. If you're down at Pike Place Market early enough, have breakfast at the Athenian Inn or Lowell's. For breakfast and lunch, just about every type of cuisine is represented in Seattle, from Brazilian steak houses to excellent Thai, your pick of Mexican food and an abundance of Indian restaurants (try a lunch buffet.) Love Asian food and culture? Visit International District downtown for a satisfying dim sum experience. You can sample Ethiopian fare as well as Middle Eastern, Greek, Russian and even Hawaiian, but you should have lunch in the Space Needle at least once (or whenever you have first-time visitors from out of town.) Salty's restaurant on Alki offers excellent seafood along with great Puget Sound views, as do Ray's and Anthony's in Ballard.
