I have lived here for 3 years and haven't a problem. I feel safe here. My neighbors are quiet. The maintenance are quick to fix. Management have an open door for any and everything. They are nice. It's clean here.
I love living here. It's quiet and beautiful. It's a convenient location near sam's the mall and plenty restaurants to eat and choose from.
A great place to live. Its quiet and the management are nice and professional. Maintenance are fast when orders come in. I love the area where its located.
These apartments are so beautiful they just remodeled and it looks flawless I’m so impressed.
For as much rent that the residents pay here, the "new manangement" does little about the roaches and overflowing trash. If you take a walkthru, you are bound to see the trash and ask the residents about the roaches. As far as the 5 star rating that you see, they make sure the residents never post by drawing up a contract that the residents have to sign to not be allowed to post a bad review about the complex. And just this weekend, they gave residents a one day notice that they will not be in all ofm next week. Yeah, they're worth the money...sure.
We love how the new management has upgraded the units, well worth the cost!
This place is definitely one of the best places I’ve lived. Maintenance requests get filled quickly, the grounds are clean and I’ve had zero issues. Plus there’s plenty of good food and shopping options nearby. I would recommend place this to anyone looking to live in this area.

So happy I found this place. Looked at several places and this was the best fit for sure
I've had packages delivered, that are left at the front office. Yet, everytime I try to pick them up, during normal, alleged office hours, they're closed. Opening only for thirty minutes is ridiculous. Every parking space is practically, based on pay. There are only about, 15 parking spaces, that a resident doesn't have to pay for. But the ebbing parking lot is overrun with paid, reserved spots. The visitors parking even seems better. Also, there are huge storage containers, taking up potential free residential parking.
The new manager gets stuff done! Ive been living here for 3 years and this staff in the office is the best ones since ive been here. After my first year they changed the entire office staff and ever since then it has been awesome. The property finally got a good cleaning and it looks way better. Laken and Regina both really care about us as residents and they always get stuff done quick. Its perfect because I work off 1960 and its a easy drive to work and I get to come home to a quiet place every night. Parking has gotten better since the new towing company started. Definitely recommend this place.
Living since 2015, it's not worth what we are paying, after the previous manager left the new staff is extremely horrible, they don't have ability to get a decision and I'm toatally fedup, because they don't want to understand their customer request, but the money, also parking the property is horrible , they don't have enough parking space for the residents , I got towed once last month b cause there was no place to park and I had to park the no parking area, even so many times I try to get a covered parking spot was. It available all the time, another thing is since 3-4 months ago we are having terrible problem with roaches, they are every where specially in kitchen , room, washroom, living room every where, have to call the office every week to get pest control, sometimes they don't send pest control, very ugly to seee every morning roaches all over the kitchen and it's really frustrating living here, I'm waiting when my lease up, NO WAY , I'm not living here anymore and not recommend for any Familly. Also heard some robberies and murders during past months, honestly this is not worth for the money,

The first two years that I lived here were grreat. Then the management changed and then the apartment complex was sold. There has been constant change. The management have not stayed the same for more than 6 months. I have called in repairs and it has taken weeks to get things fixed. The complex is quite and the apartment is nice. I like the baseboards and the trim in the living room. Neighbors have been really nice so far. If you do not like to bring your trash to the dumster, they do have people picking up your trash every evening about 8.
