I was in a bad car wreck. I lost my apartment parking tag during the crash. The office is closed on Monday so I couldn't get a new one until Wednesday morning due to work. They came and towed my car at 1:30 AM Wednesday, didn't even tell me, made me late to work on top of everything because I had to WALK. No notice, just a apartment complex that hires extremely predatory tow companies and then tells you that's too bad. Don't rent here, it's not worth it.

I have lived here at the Caroline for 2 years now and these 2 years here have been absolutely amazing. My apartment is awesome and the location is awesome, I am so close to where I work and the fact that I work nights and being so close is such a big thing for me. I have had a few work orders that I have had to place and each and every time the maintenance has been nothing short of on point, they have ensure that things were handled in a timely manner. The staff in the office is nothing but awesome and always their to help when you need them, Shelly came in as the new manager and has rocked it. If you are looking for your new place to call home look no further as you will not regret it.

I have lived here for 2 months. I can’t understand the 5-star ratings/glowing reviews. I would give this place 2 stars at best. The positives. Nice pools (although they’re not open as often as I’d like); nice gym. The few residents I’ve met are polite and friendly. The negatives. When I moved in, the dryer was full of water and mold; no one had looked at it before I moved in. After multiple maintenance calls, ended up having to dry it out and clean the mold myself. (Dryer discharges water under it when used; after 2 months and multiple requests, still not fixed.) When I moved in, microwave was partially disassembled and full of water and mold. The cabinet above the microwave was full of mold. I called in a maintenance request; they reassembled it and turned the fan on, but never dried it out or removed the mold. Had to fix/clean it myself. The dishwasher didn’t work when I moved in and needed several parts replaced; had to be here to show them because they said it worked each time they said they came by while I was out. One of the bathroom vents didn’t work when I moved in. A few weeks in, water leaked into ceiling above the den/office, and then into the bathroom. They may have stopped the leak, but only painted over the sheet rock rather than replacing it. These are only some of the maintenance issues. The maintenance team never lets you know they entered the apartment or what they supposedly did to fix the issue. It was clear no one cleaned the apartment after the last tenants left or inspected the apartment; one of the toilets had poo and urine in it when I first entered the apartment. They also didn’t replace any of the carpet in the bedrooms, with significant wear paths. I've only been here 2 months, and there have already been a few instances of car break-ins and burglaries in the parking garage (luckily, I was spared). Overall, I let the nice looks and amenities suck me in, but the build quality is average at best, and the maintenance is horrific.

Excellent value but there is room for improvement: Residents should not be penalized for cars with flat tires. As long as we live here and pay rent on time, we are entitled to a parking space in the garage and should not have to worry about our car being towed for just having a flat tire. It's a horrible and disrespectful policy! There could be recycling bins added to the trash area. There should also be more community events. Sense of community is very lacking here with a seemingly higher percentage of introverted residents and less lively atmosphere compared to other other apartment complexes with similar amenities in the area.

Since moving into the Caroline, everyone has been very attentive and respectful. it's so quiet at the apartment, and everybody is so friendly! we absolutely love it here!
Slowly amenities are being taken away. They’re closed at end of business hours. We all mostly work during business hours so the amenities aren’t worth squat. Getting delivery here is a nightmare. Fees just keep popping up on statements. Gas connection fee for gas we pay for, electricity connection fee for power we pay for, it’s a long list of nonsense and revenue enhancement. They’ll tell you anything to fill apartments. Management is horrible. Don’t try to learn leasing agents names because they won’t be here any longer in a month. Currently looking at other living arrangements. Who needs The Caroline headache

The gas is probably the charge for the gas on our hot water boiler system which has been in [lace since the property was built. We do not bill charges for gas and electric unless the resident falls out of compliance so, please stop in at your earliest convenience and allow us to assist you with your account. If you have not already done so, please stop by the office and register for the Amazon hub to ensure prompt deliveries from the service providers. I have been living here now for about 3 months now and love it! Anytime I have had to put in a work order for something it was fixed within a reasonable amount of time. Unfortunately as like in any community you have people that sometimes don’t follow the rules or clean after their pets. When things like this occur I have reported it to management and any issue were address fairly quickly. Anytime I have gone to use any of the amenities they have been cleaned and maintained in good condition. Management positively engages with residents by hosting several events per year. In the past few months that I have been here, we had a Thanksgiving party, a Christmas party, and there is an upcoming pizza party. BEWARE: Of extra hidden fees on everything! What is writen on the lease means nothing. May be the ONLY property in Texas that makes you pay for your own light bulbs and even down to the filters for appliances. Almost impssoble to get management on the phone. They must work banker hours because the office is always vacant. If you are ever forunate to enought get management to pick up the phone or call you back the very rude and unprofessional. The property is a total dump since it was sold. They let anyone park in garage and don't enforce parking passes. If you come home past 5pm you won't have place to park ever.

What a beautiful property with great amenities and perfect finishes in the apartments... but what a waste!! Management's inability to do ANYTHING drops this 5 star property to 1 star. Lived there for almost two years and every resident I knew would agree with my review. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Pull the curtains back on this pretty property and you'll find that it is crime ridden, dirty, and horribly managed. Management (and corporate by default) are 100% to blame for the shortcomings of this property. Do yourself the favor and don't fall for the pretty pictures.

We have been at the Caroline for just under a year, we are from Europe and are living here temporarily. Moved from Midtown and chose this place as it was near to work and looked and sounded amazing on the tour we had. Due to Covid many of the amenities have been unavailable during this time which i totally understand and agree with. We are moving back to Europe in October and today i went to book the club room for a Saturday before we leave, wanted the room from 3 pm till 7pm ( not an unreasonable request) was informed that the room can only be booked during office hours! Considering the office is closed on holidays, and closes early evening why have a club room at all!! We didn’t want the room for a crazy party just for work colleagues and families. Also want to mention the poor quality of the flooring, have heard from real estate friends that the finger company are very attentive to any marks on floors etc when leaving, maybe they need to improve the quality of the flooring which is a nightmare to clean and maintain. Why is the flooring in the townhouses much better quality? The reason I gave 2 stars not 1 is because the maintenance team have been great, respond quickly to issues and trash management is great.

The Caroline is the best apartment building in the area, period. The amenities, design of the building and overall quality of The Caroline is unmatched by its competitors. The staff were always friendly, maintenance requests were responded to promptly (sometimes within an hour!) and the building and grounds were well maintained. The apartments themselves are beautiful, with modern touches and fantastic appliances. I loved the slide-in gas range. Both the carpets and wood flooring were high quality. The modern design of the bathrooms was great, with marble-styled counters and large bathtubs. Even the hallways had a nice attention to detail, with a nice lamp outside each residence to light up the apartment number. I did not hesitate to give 5/5 stars.
Pros: Amenities are great and apartment finishings are really nice. Cons: Builders did a crappy job. The breaker in my bathroom and kitchen kicks off almost every other day. I was in the tub and it was filled a little too much but should have gone down overflow but overflow wasn't attached properly so water leaked to downstairs neighbor ceiling. Walls/Floors have no sound proofing. I got a noise complaint for walking too loud and another one because my granddaughter made too much noise crawling... Really!!! I can't get out of here fast enough. This is the 5th complex I have lived in and never had a noise complaint and a security guard show up at my door.
This place is beautiful and the amenitjes are great - pools, grounds, gym - immaculate. But, don't plan on having a responsive management team to keep peace and quiet in your apartment. Our upstairs neighbors shake stuff off our walls, so much noise I've been asked on Zoom calls "is everything ok?" - and nothing. They have been notified numerous times, sent records of events after they close, and called security. We won't be staying after our lease expires and don't recommend The Caroline to anyone and if this is any indication of the Finger Properties - stay away, far far away.
A water main broke and flooded the ENTIRE FIRST FLOOR! I tried to call for help but got an answering machine! It is an emergency situation as the hallways have about 3 inches of water on them and are impassible. The water got into my first floor apartment and ruined furniture, laminate flooring, and everything else on the floor. This is completely UNACCEPTABLE for a new apartment complex!

Had the most embarrassing moment of MY LIFE! The management totally dropped the ball and I missed MY OWN CHRISTMAS PARTY I was throwing so I could stand at the gate and let my guest in. The managers complained to MY GUESTS that they should have been off work and that it was past time for them to go home. They harassed my guest who were coming and going. My guests and myself were treated like low life college kids throwing a beer pong party, not the well educated, hard working middle age people we are who were just enjoying each other’s company. One of my guest made the statement, we should have done this at my house. AND EVERYONE AGREED! There have been other things that have happened along the way, this one just takes the CAKE!
These homes are so beautiful and spacious with a resort atmosphere. The staff is super kind and gracious. Can't wait to move in!
