I’ve enjoyed living at the Boulevard Apartments since 2019, and it has truly been a comfortable place to call home. The location is incredibly convenient, with plenty of shops and essential services just minutes away. I also appreciate the pool and the gym — even though they’re on the smaller side, they’re well-maintained and great to have. Plus, the staff in the leasing office is fantastic to work with; they’re always friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful. The neighborhood is good to live in globally.
Living here has been stressful my ac unit almost caught fire,my neighbor had to give me fans from his house cause he thought the building was on fire thats how we met the smoke from my ac unit went into his bathroom, utility company did not work so they charged us for old bill on expired lease, the water is starting to smell like sewer when you start it but no color water so idk how to feel, the neighbors upstairs stomp around on week nights sometimes til 3 or 4 am,I had another text me asking me if I hear it too that's how loud it is, my dish washer had to be replaced then at first it wouldn't drain. I contacted the property office again, I will try to move soon.

Love living at the Boulevard Apartments. I'm at the point in life where I am considering if it's time to move to a retirement home. Construction seems incredibly thin. Unrelenting noise from upstairs neighbors from 3AM to 5AM by adults and a running child. Which means the only quiet hours we get is from 3AM to 5 AM daily. So cannon recommend The Boulevard to anyone at this time since the lease noise agreement we all sign is not enforced by the Management to protect lease abiders from it’s violators..

The community is quiet and well-maintained, and the management team is always responsive and helpful. I appreciate the modern amenities like the gym, pool, and secure parking. My unit is spacious with lots of natural light, and I’ve felt comfortable and safe here since day one. It's also conveniently located near shops and restaurants, which makes daily life a lot easier. Overall, it’s been a great place to call home.

Best place to live minutes from minutes from the Galleria minutes from downtown pizza places bars, restaurants the village is close by so much to shopping and so much to do. There’s a wine bar close by. There is a brewery two streets away a French wine place also on the next street and an art gallery right across the street that has plenty of art events all the time.

I really like living here. It’s quiet and peaceful and the neighbors are friendly. The complex is located next to an established residential neighborhood and I like walking through it in the late evening. It is pleasant and I feel safe. It is close to Rice Village where there are lots of restaurants and eateries. It’s also conveniently located near grocery stores like Krogers and HEB. It’s a short drive to the Galleria also. After living here nine months, I am very satisfied.

I've been living at Boulevard Apartment for almost a year now, and overall it's been a great experience. The building is modern and well-maintained, with clean common areas and responsive management. The location is super convenient—close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, which makes daily life much easier. My unit is spacious and gets plenty of natural light, and I especially love the view from the balcony. Only downside is that parking can be a bit tight, especially on weekends, and sometimes noise from the street can be noticeable. But all in all, I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish place to live in the city.

Friendly staff, friendly community people:) Inside a community suitable for a walk. Exercise facilities are lagging, but not bad for a treadmill. The swimming pool is also small, but not bad for playing once a month.

Great, quiet and cozy place to live. The office peeps and maintenance crew are super nice and always very helpful. I’ve been here for seven years now- and am now in a larger apartment and still enjoying it. Neighbors are all nice too.

Leasing office employees are helpful and responsive. The grounds including the pool area and gym are well kept. The maintenance employees respond quickly and are respectful. In general, a lovely place to live.

Very good community! It's a quiet and beautiful apartment to live in. My friend and roommate are very happy to stay in the Boulevard apartment.
I am quite satisfied. It is nice to be able to walk around inside. It is close to the mart. The neighborhood is quiet and parking is convenient.
We have lived in the Boulevard for almost two years now. So far, we enjoy it here mainly because it is very safe. clean and in a good neighborhood. Its closed and is zoned to to Poe elementary school too.
The apartment is beautiful, and the neighborhood is quite safe. But the management office is quite slow. Except that, I am satisfied with my living at this apartment.

Greystar is not a good property manager. Their disregard to renters and potential renters is astronomical. Every time I am lucky enough to move into a nice apartment NOT managed by Greystar, a year later, they end up taking over. And then the quality of the service, the maintenance (this includes calling for it in your apartment, but also general stuff like pest control, property cleanliness, security) and positive atmosphere goes down. I hate Greystar so much. And they take over all the good apartments with great management and turn them lower-tier. We pay so much money just to be treated like dirt in the place we are supposed to feel safe and comfortable. In the place where a 1/4 or a 1/3 of our hard-earned income goes. Do better or get out of Houston. We deserve better.
Gated community is very nice & safe. Easy to access highway, kirby, greenbriar/ shepard, etc. Car alarms can be annoying but street noise is generally low (depending on which direction your apartment faces).

Location,location, location, it is a great place with a great staff. A gated community that is within walking distance to many neighborhood restaurants, sport bars, and a couple of beer gardens. You will find people exercising by walking around the property or going out to use the jogging track at Rice University. The Boulevard also has a wadding pool and an exercise room with weights and several jogging machines. H-E-B and Krogers are a short driving distance. This small piece of heaven is great living.
