After touring various apartments in Seaport, the Alyx was the only apartment that had exceptional professionalism, hospitality, and flexibility. From walking in for a tour, to moving in, to living here, I always felt warm and welcomed. It is a convenient space to live, park a car, commute, host, etc. and I could not be happier with my decision. Also, it was the only building that was happy to work with me and help me as well!

Lived in S. Boston for 9 years but this is the Seaport which has a known reputation. The Alyx in the Seaport lives up to that reputation and I would presume people in this area would know which bldgs hold up better than others.

I love living at The Alyx so much! It is by far the best place I have ever lived. I love everything including all the staff that works here at the concierge desk, maintenance, cleaning, and leasing office to the different events that are offered, and the area of Seaport is beautiful and I love living close to the water. I hope to be a resident at The Alyx for a very long time to come and I would highly recommend The Alyx to anyone who is looking for a new home
