This place started construction and offered the residents staying here no gym membership no pool or jacuzzi access. All amenities we removed with no discount on rent. When we moved here we moved for the amenities nice gym awesome pool area. However they sold the property to alcove and everything went down hill. Very poor customer service when you call the office noone answers the phone. Very poor management no communication with residents. Good luck if you choose to rent here.

So far we are very happy here. Arisey at the leasing office was very helpful through the entire process. It is very nice and quiet here and we feel safe walking our dog at all times of the day and night. Our apartment was clean and ready to go upon move in and we love the layout. The Alvcove is the perfect destination stay . It is cozy and quiet easy access to all floors with elevators and the pool is amazing !

The apartment gym typically has broken or missing equipment. Two months ago the AC was broken for over a week in the middle of a heat wave. For over the past month there has been missing cable machine extensions. When I bring these complaints up to the staff, they brush it off and I leave the interaction with them feeling ignored and more upset with the situation. For instance, when I brought the missing cable machine extensions up to the staff, they gaslit me saying, “you’re one of the few complaints we’ve had on this.” There’s also regularly trash on the property’s public spaces and a truly unbelievable amount of dog poop that nobody ever cleans up.

We all just received an email asking us to rate this place, so here I am. No one picks up dog poop so the whole property just smells like waste, packages are stolen, the renovated apartments have been renovated poorly (found nails in the carpet, can hear dripping from upstairs, etc), walls are paper thin. you’re forced to pay for Cox ($90) and trash pickup ($15) - those prices were at the time of my leasing, it’s likely more. No parking and if you’re a guest they will put a violation sticker on your car almost immediately. Also trash only picks up Su-Thu and even that is hit or miss - I will not miss it. Also as I was securing rental insurance (also required) Lemonade let me know the foundation for these building was rated at the the lowest possible level.

"These are great apartments in a great area. I feel safe here . They definitely could use a dog park or some kind of designated pet area! The maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to such issues. I love the area its close to all the shopping centers and freeway access and I will always recommend this place to others.

Ely at the curve has horrible management! I have only had bad experiences. I have a service animal that is exempt from pet rent/ pet deposits, yet Ely at the curve refused to take off the pet rent after I turned in my information. They told me there was nothing they could do and to avoid late fees I had to pay the rent for my service animal. Ely also provides paint to touch up your apartment when moving out. I spent 2 days ensuring that every wall in my apartment was perfect, just for them to charge me 100 dollars to paint. They also failed to show up at the inspection I was forced to set up with them before moving out. It doesn’t stop there, they also sent a bill saying I owe them money months after moving out. Apparently, I owe them over 300 dollars in utility back pay. Even though I paid over 250 dollars every month for utilities since I moved in. When asked why I owe this money, they refuse to give me a valid reason, saying that’s how it is. I would never live here ever again. It was horrible.

Average community with overpriced rentals. Staff is decent and features are decent but a 2 bedroom should not run the same as a mortgage on a 3bed/2 car garage house. Elysian properties are clearly popping up everywhere off the excessive rents charged. Its ridiculous, and almost all of their properties are like this. They add on amenities that you cant decline and put little of that money back into the units.

300 units cannot be properly managed by its few employees no matter how great the service because of the monopolizing contracts with internet cable package, weird hidden community fees, and awful interior finishes with multiple lighting fixtures. Other than that, it's quiet and there is an ample amount of space and parking. Ultimately, it's a bad trend that the developers that sell a quantitative "luxury" and not the quality.

Absolutely miserable living situation that I tried to remedy by moving to a top floor from a bottom, only to have to pay more money to do so. I could not afford to do so unfortunately. Every day is uncomfortable and miserable with the noise above me due to the new floors. It was never like this when they were carpet. I 100% will not be renewing my lease.

Ely at the curve is a great community, as a single mom safety is paramount and this location provides that along with beautiful scenery and youre 5-10 mins away from kid friendly fun, adult nightlife and the strip!

If I could post a negative star review at this point i would. ever since new management took over early spring this place has become a disaster. a recent shooting (i have yet to see the "security" they hired), beer bottles discarded in bushes, homeless people digging in the trash for recycling... a recurring weekly party at the COMMUNITY pool by a certain couple that refuses to use plastic containers ...and the staff looks the other way. Yesterday I watched the maintenance manager have a laugh with said party and this after my six year old walked past said pool cabana and got a shard of glass in his foot... beyond outraged and heart broken . When was the last time you had to pull glass out of a sobbing child's foot? when i mentioned something i told to not worry they were being careful with the glass..careful? why not just use plastic cups and avoid the whole dilemma, $2.49 is what a party pack of plastic cups costs at target. The staff was beyond rude when I called to get to the bottom of the ordeal.. we pay the equivalent of a mortgage and honestly should be treated with more respect and less contempt. oh the contempt...only rivaled by the overt disinterest. After the latter ordeal I realized I have been getting charged two pet rents...i asked why I was being charged a pet rent of $50 when I not only have 1 dog...but in my lease agreement it specifically says $25 per pet....so why did my pet rent magically double in the last few weeks? to add insult to injury when i went to the office to ask the staff about the erroneous pet fee rather than by pull up my unit's billing history/charges and thereby squashing the whole nonsense the front desk clerk completely blew me off. In a sense I suppose the whole late rent debacle was a good thing because it not only made me review my signed lease agreements, Nevada State tenant rights and incorrect charges. i look forward to organizing tenants for a community meeting this comping weekend. This all coming from someone who 8 months or so ago would have written glowing reviews about this complex and its staff. Beyond dismayed.

I love everything about Mosaic EXCEPT for the fact that although the are "pet friendly" they do not provide ANY areas for dogs to poop.... Unfortunately many people do NOT pick up after their dogs....so the walkways are lined with poop AS WELL as on the the actual sidewalks... rather disgusting.... I have already stepped in poop twice (on the actual sidewalk) and I've only lived here for a couple weeks. The have areas they can easily convert to "pet areas" but they choose not to convert them. This is a guaranteed move out at the end of my lease... unless the choose to make changes.

My boyfriend and I just moved into these apartments about a month ago...we really do love having our own place and its more than enough space for the two of us and our pup. Everyone is very friendly when walking around and not noisy at all. It can get a little pricey with Utilities, NVE, and Cox added on but we did get a prorated price. Our apartment costs about 1035 NVE Cox Utilities and then paying for college on top and all of our other bills. It makes it hard for groceries but we try our best to pull money together and save as much as possible. Couldnt be happier finding a nice place for us!
We are very happy with our apartment. We have lived in many over the years and we have nothing to really complain about here. We have an amazing view of the mountains and the strip. The cabinets and kitchens are all upgraded and there's plenty of space. Lots of storage here too! Very close to lots o shopping and easy freeway access. We are looking forward to spending many years here while we get our careers started.
I have lived in 5 different cities in 3 years and this apartment complex is by far the best experience I have had being a renter. From Ashley who took me through the process to Kelly when I need anything serviced, they do it all with a smile and until it's complete! I feel safe and welcome here - it's definitely, home.
