The Abbey at Champions

I haven’t been here a full month yet . I can not wait until my lease is up . From the parking , roaches , trash and not I’m without AC it is hot outside just imagine what my apartment feels like . Only thing good is the quietness

I Michael Grover, moved into the Abbey at Champions apartments in April. from day one, Hilda alone with the property manager Shaunda was more than helpful with moving me in and still today on 09/11/2019 Hilda is still helpful, kind and resourceful. Unfortunately Shaunda isn't with us anymore, but I've met the new property manager Joshua and is already on the job to make this property even better. I recently bought a large amount of furniture during a sale. The ladies in the leasing office were super accommodating. They even had maintenance bring extra big boxes into my apartment. One even helped carry a large box to my place. I am moving out to relocate for my job, and they were still eager to help. It was greatly appreciated.

I've lived in the Abbey at Champions for 18 months. Shuanda and Hilda are outstanding. When you go to the office, they always greet you with a smile. Every maintenance issue I had was repaired quickly, and the maintenance guys work really hard. I have a carport so I've never had issues there. The only reason I'm moving is because of the construction on Walters Road. I work overnight, so I sleep during the day, which hasn't been easy, lol. The rent is affordable, the apartments are nice, the office staff is awesome. If you're thinking about moving here do it. My only advice is to get a carport.

Shaunda the property manager was outstanding. She communicated with me every step of the way. My client loved the property and leased right away. I will be sending more clients to them in the future.

I was moving to Houston, when I got there I found The Abbey At Champions. I got a beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath. Everything in the apartment was awesome. The office and maintenance are very vice and hard working. The are there and will help you. Very great experience

I was looking all over for a 2 bedroom and I was on crunch time, I called to find out if they had any available for the time I was looking for and they did. I went in that same day and the lady at the front desk (sorry I can't remember her name) showed me the 2 bedroom model and I loved it. It was so refreshing not having to look for a place to stay anymore. I got what I needed, filled out all my paper work and was out in no time. The office staff is so friendly, I thought that was very thoughtful that the manager even took the time out to introduce herself. I Will be telling my friends about this place. Thank you for making my move a little easier.

These apartments are absolutely great and ideal for your average single person or older families that like to kind of be off grid. Its right down the street from 1960 which has everything you could possibly need within 2 miles of the house. The only bad part is parking is first come first serve and there have been plenty of nights i come home and have to park across the street at the gas station or apartments. Nice and friendly neighbors though.

The apartment is not terrible but it does have a lot flaws. They don't want you going out pass 9pm with out someone with because of the area and incidents within the complex. The biggest kicker is they do not have enough parking and the cover parking is overpriced. So, in summary not a safe area and you won't have any where to park other then street if you don't park before 8pm.

Moved to this complex because it wasn't to far from my job and the complex had just gone under renovation. I encountered tons of issues when it was time to move in and in my first few weeks the complex struggled keeping leasing agents in the front office. I would would have to put in work orders in numerous times before they would be completed and completed correctly. Luckily About a month after I moved in the office manager was fired because she was horrible. Things overall are fun a little better with the current manager but work orders are still usually completed half-way done. Parking in the evenings is absolutely terrible. Complex is supposed to be towing enforced but I have yet to see one tow truck in my year of living here.
