110 Building offers newly remodeled studio (SRO) apartment homes in the Central District of Seattle near 14th and Yesler, our emphasis is to serve communities of color, in the Central District of Seattle. This community participates in an Affordable Housing Program monitored by the City of Seattle Office of Housing. In order to qualify to live at our community, the total annual income (before taxes) for all occupants of the apartment home (regardless of age) must be less than the income guidelines set forth.
