RaeLyn took the time to walk this old lady through two first floor one bedroom units, even though it was close to the end of the day. Amazing politeness and professionalism in this office. Because of this young lady Tesoro is at the top of my list for when it’s time for my move

I really do enjoy living here. As long as we can afford it, we’ll definitely be renewing our lease. 10/10 would recommend.

The move in process was easy, all of my concerns were addressed very quickly. The unit was clean, and so very cute. The property itself is clean, well maintained, and quiet. Overall I'm very happy that I chose Tesoro Ranch as my new home.

We did everything online, the community is beautiful and all the residents are pretty respectful of each other. Great place for families!

Very peaceful green spaces with professional and courteous/managstaff. The amenities are quite nice and enjoyable for family time. I lived here 12 years and there have been a number significant improvements since then. I'd recommend getting an upstairs unit if possible because some of them have hard floors and while you're downstairs you can hear everything through the floor.

Tesoro Ranch is a well kept, family friendly, community-centric apartment complex. The community spaces are well kept, the other tenants I’ve met so far are friendly, and the units themselves are nice. The staff doesn’t always have time to answer the phone, but the office is on site and they’re always happy to help if you go see them. So far I like it here.

This is a great community. It's very quiet and great location. Also the office personal are great, friendly, helpful and professional. I almost forgot the maintenance people. They are very good at what they do.

For me Tesoro Ranch had been 5 outta 5 stars ! The property on approach is visually appealing, it’s clean and the pics of the property online hold true to their aesthetic. The staff has been a pleasure to deal with from management, leasing to maintenance the entire experience for me has been a great experience!

Not only is the maintenance staff is great but the office staff also are very helpful when submitting work orders or when we have any questions. Lanny, Alexa, Jessica, and Dion are all great and very informative and friendly.

Toured at least 13 other complexes in the same price range around Vegas & Henderson. We walked into Tesoro Ranch expecting another unit that looked better online & a dirty/unsafe community because of the location. But was impressed by the size of the unit, laundry indoors, good closet space, bathrooms are spacious and the community seems pretty safe.

Way over priced and had to call police as someone tried to break into my apartment

The community is well kept up with trash, it’s updated and the community service is excellent, along with the maintenance technicians.

I appreciate the sense of community that Tesoro Ranch creates through the programs that they host for their residents

Honestly it’s a mediocre property. Some people like it and others can’t stand it. The company who runs it needs to do better. You can’t and shouldn’t call these luxury apartments because they are not. You shouldn’t be able to call this place a gated community when the gates break and aren’t fixed for weeks. The office staff are mostly rude and incompetent, but maintenance is great. This place should get cheaper as time goes on because more and more complexes of better quality are opening

I’ve been here for exactly over 10 years and it’s gotten a lot better than it was before. I think this management company has done a lot of good for the complex. I have live very comfortably here and plan to stay here.

Living here since 2012 when it was called Turtle Creek, I have seen this property repeatedly change hands and get a completely new set of management, office and maintenance staff, for what seems like, every other year. Some major improvements have been made but none of which I can say I've actually used. The one exception to this is the Amazon hub, which has been extremely useful as the office is no longer losing my packages all the time. My upstairs neighbors used to be much quieter but ever since they were upgraded to hard floors, I can now hear and feel every step they make all day and night long. To minimize this, I believe the smarter option would've been to keep only carpet upstairs with hard floors downstairs. It does seem like Greystar is making an honest attempt to turn the place around but it still feels like they're taking one step back for every three steps forward because of this I imagine it may be quite sometime before I can give anyone an honest recommendation for Tesoro Ranch. To be honest, I would have moved years ago had it not been such a hassle.

Put in multiple work orders for maintence they always say they are resolved and nothing has been fixed the management had my vehicle towed and was not even tagged

I moved in a little over a week ago and hadn’t had a chance to turn in my inventory form in to the office. Arianna called me today just to follow up on how I was liking my apartment and even asked how my dog was doing due to my dog being sick when we moved in. A nice gesture goes a long way, especially around the holidays. My only suggestion would be to ask the location of the apartment. If you’re a plant dad like me you want an apartment with a lot of natural light.

I toured here at the property it was very nice, grounds were clean, and to top it off Kiara B, the property manager was so welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. I have applied and can’t wait to move in!!!

Do not move here. They will ignore the damages, but they will be prompted to collect the rent months to repair anything when I moved in the post office key was unavailable. There was no lock on my mailbox for three months credit cards were stolen.

Tesoro Ranch feels like home! I just moved in so far, I love it here! Great staff, great maintenance staff very friendly community.

I lived at this property for 6 yrs moved in October 2015 and just moved out feb 28th. When I first moved there the place was great, grounds well kept, maintenance always right on top of requests. Over the years it was sold to other property management companies and this current one greystar by far was the worst. Had a request in for 3 months before it was handled and believe it was only handled because it was lease renewal time. Nobody ever answers the phone when you call and the customer service is trash. I used to say to people I loved living there, the last year though I couldn't wait to leave. Please look somewhere else, you will regret this place.

You can hear everything upstairs, the floor creaking when upstairs neighbors are walking. It is so hollow I can hear my neighbor using the bathroom. The walking upstairs is ridiculous, I can't believe the floor upstairs creeks like that, there is no insulation between the floor upstairs to a downstairs apartment. It's a nice apartment, they maintain it since the renters pay all these extra fees for maintenance. Though you put in a ticket for something to get fixed and they NEVER come, I ended up fixing it myself. I am still waiting for a ticket from 3 months ago and no one ever came. They will raise your rent ALOT every year, and they change property owners yearly. Other than that the apartment is nice and the staff is nice.Been here for 2 years... Thinking of leaving due to the lack of answering maintenance tickets and the lack of sleep from my upstairs neighbor...

Been here almost a year I’m heck of a picky person but I haven’t had any complaints I live in an updated remodeled big 2 bdrm and me and baby girl loves it no complaints here

If you are apartment hunting, this place ties up darn near $400 of your money. They deny or approve you immediately but take 30 days to refund you. Meanwhile u are out $400 and need to keep putting money out on more apartments to rent. My advice unless you have 620 FICO.. DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY

If you want to live in an apartment with a good working A/C unit this is not the apartments for you. I have lived here for almost a year now, and in that year we have had to have the A/C worked on 10 times. And for 4 months that we have lived here we didn’t even have the A/C on. So basically that means in 7 months we have had the A/C unit break down 10 times and 7 of those times it took them 2 or 3 days to get it fixed and working correctly again. So if you want to have in apartment in this Las Vegas Summertime Heat, don’t chose this one because you will have A/C issues.

Was good for most of my time renting there. Lived there for 2.5 years. The only problems we had was at the end when it came to moving out, they charged me a non-compliance fee for not having renters insurance even though I showed proof of the coverage multiple times throughout my stay, even after I moved out. Never applied my security deposit to my move out bill, which i was told would apply. And then sent my move out bill to collections less than two weeks after I received the bill from them.

I have been here a month and I must say I have a new Home. Being older I was afraid not to be in a 55 + community but maintenance and front office have been Awesome. Thanks Tesoro for making me feel safe and part of this community!

Apartment was a mess when we moved in. The screens were torn, the floor hadn’t been cleaned and had holes in it. The dishwasher wasn’t installed properly. There have been a bunch of issues since we moved in and whenever we try to get things fixed, unless it’s an emergency, it “falls through the cracks” somehow. It’s a nice property, but the people who run it just don’t care about their tenants at all.

Ever since moving in, the staff has been absolutely amazing and very helpful! Especially Cynthia, she is always so nice and helpful! Can’t wait for my friends to move in!

It smells like rotting trash throughout the apartment parking lot and I’ve been waiting for months for a replacement dryer since mine doesn’t heat. I pay WAY too much money to live in the slums! I wish I could post a pic of myoverflowingtrash bins that are now out in the parking lot.

My wife and I lived here for almost 3 years. The first 2 years were pretty good, our manager Colton was fabulous. Once he left, things took a nosedive. We were up for renewal on our lease, and never received a new lease. 2 months after it expired we received an eviction notice. This for a tenant who paid their rent on time and kept the apartment in great shape. We decided to move out since this is how they like to treat their tenants, even though we were given a new lease to sign with no apologies. We've been gone now for 90 days and STILL haven't received our security deposit back. Landlords are required to return deposits back in 30 days in Nevada. Management will not return calls. Steer clear of this complex!

The price was to good to be true following the negative reviews. So I took a chance. All I can say.Walking into this apartment is home and not a four wall cell is life.No more looking out the window's. Home finally!
