Tanager Echo has the best leasing office in the person of Nathan Plaza, whose word you can trust and value- he is always accommodating and helpful, and knowledgeable about the building - the others in the office like Ronald and Stephanie are just as helpful! I like the new accommodations, whose hallways are always clean and I like its location being near a shopping mall! I appreciate the resident activities like the yoga and other get togethers to be able to meet and interact with other residents.

We love living at Tanager Echo. The parking garage makes it so easy to unload our car to our apt. The ease of the rubbish bin right down the hall is ideal our halls smell clean always. We love our view. Our apartment plan was well thought out. We love the amenities in the community center; and also the heated pool, hot tub, and cozy fire option outside is so nice. The price is right. We also enjoy the location—so close to Downtown Summerlin and all the local activities there and at the ballpark. We have easy access to the 215. A big win to get to live at Tanager Echo for Mike & Cindy????

We moved to Tanager Echo in March 2024. We are very happy with our apartment and use of space. We love the parking garage and its proximity to our apartment. We are able to unload our car efficiently and get in and out quickly, almost like having a personal garage. We also love the garbage chute right down the hall. Our hallways always smell fresh and the carpets are clean. We have a million dollar view of the Las Vegas valley, including the strip. It sparkles like a crown at night. The pool is the perfect temperature and I can get a good workout most any time of the day. We love the other activities provided in the common areas: pool, connect four game, game room, library. They are always having various gatherings and activities for those who are more social. We just used their maintenance dept. for the first time and it was very professional and efficient. We are happy with our choice. We almost feel like we are the only ones living here.

The property is in a fantastic location - downtown Summerlin. Since I had to handle all the lease signing and paperwork from another state; the leasing staff, specifically Stephany, was very helpful and communicated with me promptly when I had questions or concerns. The apartment itself is fabulous and is decorated beautifully. The amenities are amazing!

Living @ Tanager Echo has been excellent thus far. The building is brand new and has great amenities. We love the parking spots being on the same level as our apartment as well as the storage room. Love the SKY Lounge!
