It's Great. Talavera is a great place to live. Office Staff and Maintenance workers are wonderful. The apartments are nice and the Grounds are kept up.
We are always grateful for the quiet, well-kept surroundings everyday and to have easy access to the Trail for a stress-relief stroll or dog walk. And a big thanx to maintenance for their friendly attitudes and hard work!
I've lived in Talavera for a little over 4 years now. I appreciate the amenities, including resident access to the green belt. I also love the proximity of Talavera to the 215, downtown Summerlin, Boca Park, etc.

Living here is truly great. The community is great and it’s always clean here. Neighbors are nice and lots of friendly dogs. The trail is definitely a bonus.
Talavera, quiet little community in a busy area. Walking distance to several restaurants, the Bank even drugstore or just go up the street a little ways and you’ve got much more as the great little community surrounded by all the amenities that I would ever need. I never travel farther than 2 1/2 to 3 miles from home to get anything that I need. I call it home. ??
I absolutely love living here! The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and quiet. The staff is friendly and always helpful, and any maintenance requests are taken care of quickly. I feel right at home. Highly recommend!
Enjoyed my time here so far, access to a trail is amazing and the amenities are nice. Lots of regular community events are held and the valet trash is a benefit.
It was easy to move in. Our movers were able to park the trailer about 30 yards from the steps to go to our apartment. Even though it was upstairs with lots of heavy items we finished quicker than expected.
I enjoy my time here. The activities that they have on a daily basis are good. My apartment is a little older but well kept. It's good to have a pool and Jacuzzi so close to my apartment and the gym comes in very handy,even though we are responsible for the utilities cost.
Living here for about a year now and I have had No complaints from me at all. Nice and peaceful community to live in. Maintenance has been on time whenever a work order has been processed.
Never had any problems, the front office has always been professional and nice. I love the upgraded gym, and I look forward to whenever they bring food trucks on Friday.
What I enjoy most is the sense of community. Whether it’s a small hello in the hallway or events in the common area, it feels welcoming. Maintenance is always quick to respond, and I love how clean and quiet the building is. It really makes a difference after a long day.

I’ve had a mostly positive experience living here. The apartment itself is well-maintained, and the layout is spacious and functional. Maintenance requests are generally handled in a timely manner, and the staff is friendly and responsive. The community feels safe, and the amenities are a nice bonus when available.
My experience moving in was okay! The lady helping wasn’t very helpful. She was a different person who I was working with and seemed very irritated when I was asking questions.
Leasing staff are really nice. Apartments are nice. We have a semi renovated apartment and we love it. The grounds are great too. Lots of grass and a nice pool.
Not the apartment atmosphere here, more like a community. The interior of the complex is “Park like atmosphere..Home. It is Centrally located which is Great for shopping and dining. Don’t forget the gated Walking and biking trail that is just a locked gate away and waiting.
I have been here 5 years..no issues with neighbors..Safety has been very good..have met some very friendly people at the pool. Only concern is the gate has been frequently broken and remains open. Location is great to my work site. Thank you for 5years of safe living..must say good bye as I start a new chapter of life RETIREMENT

Hi my name is Resnya n I have been a resident of Talavera for 2years. I like my community and the amenities they offer.. Also the convenience of being centrally located near public transportation and the Summerlin shopping district is a big plus.
Great place to be! Nice and quiet, great complex, nice area and the staff is so so friendly! These are by far the best apartments I've ever lived in by far!
Community is great. Love the neighborhood and it's so close to everything, such as public transportation, restaurants, stores etc. Maintenance on the older unit is another story, have not renovated my apartment for over 10 years. Old utilities, bathrooms are soo outdated, carpet soo thin from wearing and tearing. When I ask to have it replaced with new utilities they don't do it. They wait until someone actually moves out to remodel. Why not keep happy current tenants. Other than that I love the area and the community.
I've lived in Talavera now 3 years. I appreciate the friendliness of the staff and that management fixes issues in a timely matter. I also appreciate the amenities and friendliness of my neighbors. Talavera's location makes it easy to get to lots of places in a timely manner.

Like the complex and the amieties. I never received my points for renewal of my lease. It's quiet in the area where I live but you constantly hear dogs barking in other areas all times of the night.
Located in a great area. The staffing are very helpful when issues comes up. Parking is limited if you have more then one vehicle and wish the apartment rooms was in a bit better condition when first arriving.
I love living here. The front office and maintenance team are on top of any request or issue immediately.The easy access to total room makes receiving packages non stressful.
The surrounding area is great and the ground keeping os nice but the landscaping could use an upgrade tho. My apartment could use an upgrade as well
Maintenance is not so great I was told they were going to clean dryer vent I waited all day for them and did not come to my unit. I contacted the office and maintenance stated they did come. That is very unprofessional for them to say that when they sure know they didn’t and I have to loose a day of work which I’m not getting back for.
It went great, everyone is so nice, and happy to call Talavera home. I look forward to being here for a very long time and enjoy the pool in the summer time :)
Moved in last month and have had an overall great and positive experience! Everyone’s been so nice and helpful as well as welcoming, facilities are awesome, and maintenance answers requests quickly.
Talavera is an amazing place to live, the amenities are clean and easy to use. The gym specifically is always clean and has everything you would need. The pool is great as well as the hot tub.
This is the worst place I have ever lived. They force you to pay for trash pick up that they don’t actually provide consistently. The office is understaffed and it’s hard to get packages sometimes as a result. The office is also terrible about calling back and following up with emails or voicemails.
Great location and great property. I have really enjoyed living here. There are many extra added fees on top of rent that I wish weren’t there.
Talavera is the best place I have ever lived. I feel safe here, the people who work here are wonderful and the location is perfect. This apartment complex is always quiet, clean and well managed.
Great and safe community. Very helpful staff and building management responds quickly to our needs. They hold events often that allow us to get to know our neighbours.
I have lived here since September of 2010 and I must say I love it here. We have everything so convenient for us here we are close to the shopping mall, restaurants, Parks. and Schools. If you own a Dog we have assess to Palcole Ranch where we can walk our Dogs. We have Food Trucks that comes out to feed us the most Delicious Mexican Food ever. We have Special Nights and Days that are available for the Tenants to enjoy if they choose too. The Maintenance Staff is really Awesome.
The location is the reason to move here but the price can get out of hand . Look at the unit closely before you put on an application . Good luck
The location is wonderful! They staff is great. However, I have had 3 different downstairs neighbors in the past 3 years. They have all been very tough to live by. Slamming doors and screaming children, using patio as storage, to now slamming on doors, broken windows, constantly smoking weed.
Very friendly and quiet. ?? Good parking and parking spaces actually close to your apartment. Living the ease of of the online portal. Awesome appliances and an ice maker!!!
A special thanks to the entire reception/leasing staff. They have been nothing short of amazing. Kind, always available and with a smile, it’s been a pleasure to work with them. I admittedly had many requests through the several viewings and application process, it was refreshing to experience their unconditional understanding, patience and calm. The property has a beautiful, inviting and calm energy. I love the amenities, accessibility to trails and utterly convenient location. The apartments are modern and well maintained. My family and I have been living here going on 3years. And it has been a good experience. It's clean and very well maintained. The office lady lea is my favorite. Lea is a great working and knows what she is doing.
