I haven’t moved in just yet but love it! Mikayla the on site agent is just wonderful and so helpful! I chose this community for the location, the amenities, the 24 hour pool access, the full size washer and dryer in the apartment, the gas stove-that wasn’t easy to find in other places. Buildings are old. Any repair work done is superficial if they can get away with it. There are numerous oversized vehicles that park in spaces too small for them, so they protrude into the travel lanes causing vehicles passing by in both directions to have to stop or risk collision. One of them has noisy exhaust and the owner starts it at 4:30 AM every weekday. I'd really like to sleep past 4:30 AM!

We've got the right choice in Sunstone luxury apartments. It's very accessible. The one-bedroom unit we got is perfect for me and my wife and our fur baby. Such a relaxing ambiance plus the amenities and the entire community is worth it. Response to maintenance request is also amazing. They are quick and very accommodating. Great job!

These people use paint for every problem. Our bathtub was peeling, caulk and grout were cracking and black mold was trying to grow (we had to use bleach continuously to try to control it). They reapplied caulking and repainted the whole tub and surround. Just a few months and we had the same thing. Kitchen and bathroom countertops are painted with a spatter design. Minor scrubbing to clean stains removes the spatter and leaves a splotchy countertop. Rent is excessive and not worth the product. Beware!

So-so location. Staff is pretty friendly. Good maintenance crew. Facilities and amenities are lower than average. Management is cooperative except when it comes to my gripes about the landscaping. Particularly at the rear of the property, where my apartment is. It’s horrible. And fellow residents don’t pick up after their mutts.

Place is kept fairly clean. It's basically quiet except near the pool area. A handful of late night noise. Not to mention the gate slamming all nite. I live close to the pool area. It doesn't bother me that much. What bothers me is the lack of consideration by others. But on a better note. If you put in for maintenance work, they respond fairly quickly.

Good and bad things. Communication needs to be better from staff and the Conservice charges were not disclosed to me prior to moving in and are completely unacceptable. If we pay rent why are we also paying for upkeep of the property outside of our rent. Blatant robbery. Other than that the staff is ok and the community feels somewhat safe outside of the car robberies for which I have been a victim. I also sent inquiries to Greystar when we had a power outage and heard nothing. Part of the lack of communication.

Outside fees for parking and water/sewer and trash are all listed in your lease and each person is informed when they move in about all the fees associated with your leases, we apologize if that was not communicated as well as it could have been. I love the property! It is conveniently located close to shopping, restaurants, and freeway access. The landscaping is beautiful and well maintained and the community is very quiet.

Overall, pretty decent for the price. Neighborhood is just ok. Fellow residents do not pick up after their pets. One bright spot is they made it a non smoking property. Though you can still smell cigarette and weed smoke here and there. Pool is much better maintained than years past, which I also really appreciate.

I've absolutely loved living at Sunstone Apartments! The staff is so friendly and incredibly helpful. Shoutout to Lorraine! Also, the maintenance staff is quick to fix any issues that your apartment might face, which is much appreciated. The location is great, the amenities are well taken care of and the residents always wave to say hi. For being my first apartment after college, it's been great and I've loved living here.

Been living here for 12 years and love it. Very small tight nit community. Near a lot of stores. Management and management is great. Great views if you live upstairs of the mountains.
