Property Ratings at Summit on Nellis
I have lived here for 6 months now. Homeless people walking around the “gated commuity” everyday. When I moved in, we were told they were going to fix the gates (NEVER fixed) they were going to fix pool (NEVER FIXED). I have seen multiple break ins in the apartment next door to me, and when I report it to the leasing office they request we call the cops but management does NOTHING. Do not fall for the fake reviews posted on here.

I have lived here since August 2015. Maintenance tries their best to keep the property clean, however they are hindered by the many tenants who refuse to clean up after their pets. I feel bad for the Maintenance staff who have to every day clean up after lazy, dirty tenants. I am grateful that they handled my service request so efficiently and quickly.

I have lived here since 2015. The apartment complex is as tidy as it can be considering some tenants do not pick up after their animals. I love having a pool at my complex. Management is always accommodating as is Maintenance team who has a lot to do.

This is a safe community. I have lived here since August 2015. It is a convenient location with 515/93/95 freeway, CVS, Albertson's, Smith's, Walgreen's, McDonald's, the US Post Office and soon to be Dutch Bros coffee within walking distance.

Ever since our current management team arrived at The Boulevard, Ive seen so many improvements on the property, both, inside the units and on property grounds. The Boulevard is a great place to live. The folks in the office are wonderful to work with. The maintenance team are hard workers and keep our community clean and running smoothly. We love it here, just signed our 3rd lease!

I have had no problems with the present personnel and maintenance crew. The first office personnel was very good, the second office personnel was even better than the first. However, the third office personnel is the absolute best. I highly comment the office manager. Shanek (spelling ?), the Manager, is very, very, pleasant, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I have not had the please of meeting the assistant manager, however her team of office personnel is just as good as she is. They make an excellent team.

I moved in to the Boulevard Apartments in August 2015 when it was called the Silverwood Apartments. I have been very pleased with the service. Any problem that I have, maintenance has come right away to repair.
Overall the Boulevard Apartments are a great place to live
