Property Ratings at Summit at Champions
The only thing that’s maintained here is the grass which is cut once a week, it’s still animal poop all over the place. It’s stray cats everywhere and the wasp are extremely bad here they will build nests right at your door. Your rent will never be the same each month it will always change. The manager and assistant manager always gives out incorrect information so make sure to email them because they never take accountability for anything and will keep switching you between the two of them until they come up with something , if you want to speak with corporate they will give out a disconnected number and the manager has said you have to be approved via an email she will send to speak with them (she never sends an email) The hundreds of wasp flying everywhere makes it impossible to enjoy the pool. It’s wasp nets in the mail room and in the laundry room. When you open the washers they stink extremely bad and some washing machines have mosquitoes living in them. Roaches run rampant and the walls are extremely thin so you can hear everything that goes on in other apartments.
I could do without the attitude of the front office staff mainly the girl that sits in her office and yells from there. Besides that amenities are great price is ok and area is quite in the middle of everything

Good apartments and great staff, never had any issues with staff or residents. Maintenance works hard to keep the grounds clean and poop free. I recently had twins and if they had three bedrooms I’d renew in March!

I honestly dont even know where to start. The office staff is great till they get that lease signed then they have no care of what happens to you after that. I have lived here for going on two months and it was by far the worst choice I have ever made. I pay for a reserved parking still got my car towed. I contacted the office not once but twice to get a new sticker and they never gave me one till my car got towed. The pest control is a joke. It’s so over run with roaches. Then the rift raft is the real issue. I have had my car broken into. I have had people try and break into my apartment, and people standing outside my windows watching me. It’s a super high crime area and their are shootings nearly everyday. I am literally scared to go home, and don’t even think about trying to move out early unless you want to pay 1800 dollars or break your lease.

This is a great place to live. The staff is friendly, the location is nice, and the maintenance is quick. The only real complaint I’d have is some loud neighbors and you’ll get that anywhere.

I moved in a month ago. The staff are so kind and friendly Veronica was fast and extra courteous with my paperwork and new keys. The residents are friendly and actually say hello. The property is well maintained There is a gentleman thT does a excellent job picking all of the debris every morning. Love ?? this place.

I hate it here. My coworkers are happy when Friday comes but I'm crying because it have to go back to this place. I've been camping and slept in tents on the ground outside and seen less "activity" [infestation]. I will say that the property manager Blanca, has been very nice and tried to help me (as much as she could) to have a better experience. She came on her day off to let me in to my apartment (the groundskeeper wouldn't answer the phone... Not a good sign) and called after I got the keys to check on me because she could tell I was very upset. Unfortunately that involves spending hundreds of dollars to switch to another apartment and even more money per month to be locked into an even longer lease. I just cannot justify spending that kind of money to live...here.

Summit at Champions has been fantastic. They are extremely professional and very quick with communication. The complex is very well maintained and the apartment itself looks great. I’ve only been here a few weeks so far but it’s already starting to feel like home.

Excellent staff ?? The prices are so good they remodeled the units no dirty carpets anymore Great team work the units are super clean and no roaches at all ..!! I have a new born and I love it, it is very quite place and always clean Veronica is the best..!!! The customer service is great, Veronica is always helpful and make my leasing process a good experience. The only thing I dont like about the apartments is that the gate doesnt work and I dont see efforts from management to fix it. Another thing is that the complex doesnt have cameras.

This place is Quiet and management here is doing excellent work. This place is safe and well maintained . I had no issues here during my stay. The manager Ms Blanca , and the ladies Amily and veronica are doing great job by taking care of everything right away. Apartments are neat and clean and well maintained and no parking issues. All together its a good and well maintained place to stay.

The Summit @ Champions is the perfect complex to live at. I've been here 6 years now and to me this is home. Management is the best, they are very out going and friendly. They have the complex well kept and secure. The apts itself are so nice and comfortable, and the Maintenance Team are always working so hard to make sure they resolve your problem in a speedy but accurate way. I truly would recommend the Summit and don't plan on leaving my home.

Love this place. Never had any problems. Very family friendly. Super friendly staff who treats you like family. They are quick and on their feet if you ever need anything fixed. It never takes them long. Have cool events and outdoor movie nights. I definitely recommend. Especially with all the new remodeling.

I absolutely love my stay at my apartments. There are so many student, glad I was able to find a great apartment community since I am coming from out off state. I am finishing up my last year of school I would like to stay. I have never had any issues with the office if anything I always get asked if there is anything I am need in my apartment. I always refer friends here hopefully you have chance to stop by the office to take a look at the amenities they are not the newest but they still keep up with the property. I do also value that it is a smaller community.

This place is A JOKE! There is never any parking! The parking is a joke! Even if you get parking stickers they will still Tow your vehicle. I had my car towed more than 3 times since I moved here. They charge you for pest control but say you don't need it. This place is infested with roaches it disgusting! I have videos of Roaches and will be posting it online and all social medias as they never fix any problems! They resist on helping you in any way. The Pool is always full of people drinking and smoking and leaving trash and cigarettes and beer cans around and in the pool. Dangerous people have been robbed here and at gunpoint at that! They do not have security if that's what you wanna call it. The gym is a joke not enough equipment and you have to pay for a key it is not free for renters to use. Even if you get a key there's always kids or guys in there who stay pretty long periods of times. 2-4 hours at a time. Since we moved here we had a leek into our light fixture we reported it the first week we moved in to get it fixed and nothing was done that is super dangerous! And we had other leeks on the roof and we have explained this to them all they did was paint over the leek stain and it became worse and bigger. We have mold in our vents and in the laundry room on the balcony we have reported it and nothing was done we also took photos of that as well which we will be posting online as well as we have not gotten it fixed even though they scheduled us and never has anyone come in. DO NOT RENT HERE! We have tried contacting the owners of all the summit at champions apartments which have answered or called back rudely and did not try to help any situations. We do not wish this on anyone.

I have lived here for 3 years and for the last year it has been the most uncomfortable and unsafe place for a single woman to live. In the past month there has been a car jacking at gun point on property in addition to a break in where the the tenant was physically assaulted and robbed. There are gun shots all of the time and in done in plain site, when you mention it to the office staff they sweep it under the rug. Groups of people hang out in the parking lot, people who do not even live in the community, smoking weed and drinking beer, with their music up. Again, when you mention it to the office nothing is done. There is "security", if that's what you want to call it, that drives through the apartments a couple of times a night, but don't except them to stop if they see anything suspicious. The office staff is a joke and the only person who gets anything done or goes out of his way is Jose, the maintenance man. Save yourself the time and hassle and spend an extra $50 a month and rent somewhere else.

I like where I live because it is quiet and not too far from stores and fast food restaurants I like to dine in. Only negative thing I have to say is, the parking space is not enough. We tend to have a lot of visitors and they take up space from those who actually live in the apartments. The people in the front office are friendly and helpful. I've not had a problem with anyone and they do a great job with keeping up the landscaping. As well as they also reply back in a timely manner if you were to have a maintenance problem. They keep all of the residents up to date with the weekly or monthly newsletter within the complex. They also do contests and give prizes. It's really a great place to stay if you're single or have a small family.

I have lived here for over 3 years, the management and maintenance staff are excellent. The complex is quiet and geared towards singles and couples, as the apartments are only 1 and 2 bedroom, and there is no playground. The pool is great and well maintenanced. The grounds are beautiful and they have been doing some new landscaping. The apartments have up grades is most apartments, fancy lighting, tile and or brick back splashes in the kitchen. I pan on being here for a few more years atleast.
