Summerhill Pointe Apartments

My husband and I have lived at this complex for a total of 5 years and have absolutely loved it. We had a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom the first time which was located near the dog park. I never once had a disturbance despite that. Anytime we needed something, management was quick and efficient. The 2 bedroom 2 bathroom we ended in was towards the back of the complex by the neighborhoods behind the complex. It was spacious, well maintained, and SO QUIET! The one time we had a difficult neighbor, management was great about handling it discreetly and quickly. They do their best to make sure neighbors pick up their dog poop by enforcing fines and keeping bag stations stocked around the whole complex. There’s even someone who picks up the poop for people who refuse to pick up every morning. There is security that walks around the complex all night. I have no complaints about our time here. The prices were fair and the location cannot be beat in my opinion.

If you love stepping in dog crap, constant rent increases and awful neighbors, then this is the place for you.

The apartment is located in an overall decent area with supposedly nice amenities as others have mentioned. The building is ok. But the management and the personnel are the worst. They are rude and unprofessional. They charged me for items I had nothing to do with. I found the maintenance to be the opposite of what was written. They usually made us wait for a couple days before showing up. This place has potential but probably with different office personnel. The overall area of the street is supposed to be one of the safer in the city but these apartments are not. I would look up the number of criminals living there.

Please don't do it! The location is good but the inside is old and they do not keep them up. You pay all this money to move in and they don't even give you new carpet. It was filthy, they didn't clean the walls before painting them so I have hair from God knows where stuck on my walls, and they are NOT in a rush to fix issues in the building. I've been waiting for months for maintenance. The staff is nice... AT FIRST but once they have your money you can kiss that goodbye. I don't feel that it's worth the money, find somewhere nicer and more updated.

As a recent transplant to the Las Vegas area, I am very happy that I choose Summerhill Pointe residence homes! This is a very large apartment complex that feels like home. Since I did not know anything about the city ,this turned out to be the perfect location (even without a car). Located in the West side of Vegas, in an area known as "The Lakes", it is quiet and I feel very comfortable and safe. I am near several bus lines and The West Sahara Free library is directly across the street. There are many strip malls in & surrounding this area. Anything you need can be found nearby. Walgreen's, CVS, Sprouts, Albertsons, gas stations, movie theater, UMC urgent & primary care, nice restaurants are all within walking distance. Downtown Summerlin , Red Rock casino & resort are only 5 minutes away.The leasing, maintenance and management staff are awesome and very professional! The staff are incredibly efficient, friendly, trustworthy, competent and concerned about their residents. At Summerhill, you can request an accent wall in various colors. I love my Paprika LR wall, and the spacious 2bd 2ba layout has a home like feeling. The master bath is a good size with a huge Roman tub. Having your own laundry room on the patio is quite convenient. Beautiful landscaping is throughout, with 3 crystal clear pools w/spas & cabana area. This property is well taken care of, clean, friendly and quiet. The residents are very amicable and polite. Pets, especially large dogs, are welcomed here.The dogs are walked responsibly and are well trained. There is even a pet spa! I have been at Summerhill Pointe for 10 months, would recommend it to others, and I love living here!!!

I like living here because this is a terrific location. The West Side of Vegas is convenient. There are stores and restaurants of all types nearby. It is easy to get across Vegas from here. The highways are accessible. And I can have a large dog-no breed restrictions. The company has put in a lot of work on landscaping recently. It is kept up.

I love my apartment the maintenance people come right away if you put in a work order. The front office is helpful and if you have bug problems they come once a week n take care of it till it's gone. I feel the rent is a little high but it's also my first place out here since I moved here

We've lived here for almost two months and we are very happy where the mountains and the desert and The Lakes meet. I called for a repair and maintenance was johnny-on-the-spot the same day and the guys are very kind. One nice feature is the laundry room being outside off the patio and there is ample space for storage. Love the big kitchen and it has a window! The place is nice and quiet, you can't hear a sound when the windows and doors are closed. Love seeing the varieties of LARGE dog breeds living here, there is no limit on size at this apartment complex which is wonderful. Great shopping is right across the street including fine restaurants. What more could you ask for?

i like living here. it is really quiet. the neighborhood is very safe and haven't had any problems here at all. there are a ton of dogs that live in the complex and i think that is awesome because im a huge animal lover. the staff in the office are very friendly and welcoming. the maintenance is awesome. they are available anytime you have a problem and get an issues resolved in a timely fashion.

Great location close to "Everything" banks, cinemas, golf course, casinos, mall, schools,hospitals,library...plus. Lucious and manicured landscaping. Large pets welcomed. Spacious floor plans.

The complex is located right across from a few shopping centers in the area and a big and beautiful library that is awesome for me because i love to read so i plan to visit at least once a week and why not, if it's in walking distance. For those like myself who do not have a vehicle. There is a bus stop right in front of the complex.My neighbors are descent and so is management and staff. I am happy with my new place of residence.
