Quiet, family friendly apartments with clean gym and pools. Have had to have maintenance out a few times but they have always been fantastic. Only downside is there is unleveling pretty bad in my apartment and was welcomed with a pest infestation that took a few months to remedy.
Great community, friendly office staff and up to date apartments. When anything breaks or needs to be fixed, they are very fast to respond. I recommend it.

I love my apartment and the space but I don’t love the months of construction that has been happening in the community. There has been non stop construction and noise since I have moved in to the community April of 2025 (roof work, work on the stairs, painting, power washing, leaf blowing every Friday morning). I work from home so this has made it difficult to do so, and is what seems like non stop noise and people outside of my apartment or in the community all day long. I’m really hoping this wraps up soon so I can finally enjoy a week day with some peace during the day and the mornings and be able to work without here constant noise in the community. Other than that the staff and residents are great, I feel safe living here as well.

St. Moritz is a great place to live. The management and maintenance staff are the best. Located close the shopping, restaurants and the new Silver Line train. I would highly recommend living at St. Moritz.

Maintenance team is the best part about the living experience. Location next to the golf course is great but trash valet isn’t friendly or great at all, customer service is okay at best. We have live here going on 3 years and have spent half of it in what seams to be pointless construction with no real management on dates or notifications when things will be done. The management team isn’t helpful with anything and takes no accountability ever. Took them 2 years to get our gate code working and when they finally did they just said ooh yeah I guess that person just didn’t input the numbers when we had asked enough times for them to give us an override code. Once again the maintenance team is on-top of it 10/10 and deserve a raise.

I have been a resident of the St. Moritz community since April. In my short time here I have been impressed with a number of things. One of those is the prompt, professional and efficient manner in which the maintenance team addresses and completes any request. That is not common, in my experience, and I am truly grateful. Second, I have been appreciative of the community's attention to the safety and the aesthetics of the exterior of the buildings. The hired construction team first addressed the common area balconies to ensure stability, and then once that was completed, repainted the buildings. The community looks fresh and updated. Finally, I have enjoyed the community events scheduled and coordinated by the management team. The pool dinner party - with prizes - and the pop up coffee and breakfast event and the movie night were wonderful, and demonstrate the staff's appreciation for its residents. I am happy with my choice to move to the community, and have truly enjoyed my time.

I’ve lived here for right under three years. The first year was wonderful. In the last twelve months, they have built a dart train rail directly behind my building. The response from management “Addison has been designated a QUIET ZONE”. That’s great. Last time I checked, we live in Dallas not Addison. The safety horn still sound every fifteen minutes for three hours straight from 6-9am and again from 4-7pm. Roughly a year ago, the community began roofing repairs on all buildings. These took over three months to complete. In which time my access to back out of my garage was hindered/restricted 4-5 times. My father who also resides in another unit on the property had a $200 plus tire bill for nails he picked up due to the negligent construction. Over six months ago, stairway construction/demolition/repair whatever you want to call it began. The first initial building is STILL under construction. As for me, I still can’t even access/walk down my main stairway.

Great and safe community. Nice apartments with up to date amenities. Nicely equipped gym and pools (2). Maintenance is fast to respond (typically 24 hrs) and a few hours max for emergencies and after hours requests. Office staff is very friendly and attentive.

I have lived here almost 8 years. The maintenance is outstanding, the grounds are immaculate and the buildings are maintained. The people in the front office are always helpful/
I'm on the fence about how I feel about the property anymore. It's still a good area to live in, the people are nice and the community is nice. The workout room is small and again, the equipment is extremely dated.
Everything from the initial tour to follow-up questions to the application... even with moving in ... everyone was so friendly and helpful! The property itself is well-maintained and peaceful. And the surrounding amenities can't be beat!
Maintenance is great and quick to respond, renovations they’re doing to importune the community are great, staff is attentive and kind, community is nice.
My maintenance needs are addressed immediately, in typically within the same day. All service technicians are professional, polite and efficient.

St. Moritz has been a pretty easy adjustment for our family. My kids love walking around the community and riding their bikes. They say hi to everyone who walks by! The staff has been wonderful thus far and we look forward to our time here. We have found several issues with our apartment but the maintenance team have been great to knock those things out. The only other issue I have seen is people from other buildings are parking in front of our building so it leaves us with no spots to park. I understand that will change when construction gets finished. I also wish there was a dedicated dog park or playground. That would be amazing. I definitely recommend St. Moritz to anyone looking for more bang for your buck in the Dallas area!

Great facilities, upgrades happen regularly. Staff is friendly, responsive and helpful. Community is nice and neighbors are typically friendly. Parking is limited for guests or if you have a 2nd car but manageable.

St. Moritz is hands down the best complex I have ever lived in. I feel extremely safe, especially with the gates always in working order. My maintenance requests are fulfilled within 72 hours (normally 24 hours). The staff are all so friendly and genuinely want to help you. I highly recommend living here.

We have been here almost 4 years. We love the commuity. The grounds always look beautiful. Office staff are always pleasant and very helpful. The maintence crew are always here to fix anything shortly after we put in a request.

Maintenance is awesome. Management staff is always helpful and a pleasure to work with. One thing that bothers me is the landscape crew tries to blow leaves under the garage doors, how do I know this. 1) I always have leaves in my garage 2) I have the guy with the blower BLOWING leaves at the garage doors until leaves disappear ??

Our apartment balcony looks over a golf course and it is a beautiful view. The people in the rental office are very friendly and helpful. We have large closets and a fireplace. The appliances are fine and our garage has storage space.

Finding an apartment and moving in has been a blast. Averia was so patience and let me compare a few apartments to help me make my decision. When I had an issue with my garage it was fixed the same day. Though I haven’t fully moved in, I can tell this is a nice place to live.

I’ve really enjoyed living here at St Moritz. Office staff is great, especially Jonathan. Easy to work with and goes above and beyond to make the resident experience amazing.
