St. Moritz has been a pretty easy adjustment for our family. My kids love walking around the community and riding their bikes. They say hi to everyone who walks by! The staff has been wonderful thus far and we look forward to our time here. We have found several issues with our apartment but the maintenance team have been great to knock those things out. The only other issue I have seen is people from other buildings are parking in front of our building so it leaves us with no spots to park. I understand that will change when construction gets finished. I also wish there was a dedicated dog park or playground. That would be amazing. I definitely recommend St. Moritz to anyone looking for more bang for your buck in the Dallas area!

Great facilities, upgrades happen regularly. Staff is friendly, responsive and helpful. Community is nice and neighbors are typically friendly. Parking is limited for guests or if you have a 2nd car but manageable.

St. Moritz is hands down the best complex I have ever lived in. I feel extremely safe, especially with the gates always in working order. My maintenance requests are fulfilled within 72 hours (normally 24 hours). The staff are all so friendly and genuinely want to help you. I highly recommend living here.

Maintenance is awesome. Management staff is always helpful and a pleasure to work with. One thing that bothers me is the landscape crew tries to blow leaves under the garage doors, how do I know this. 1) I always have leaves in my garage 2) I have the guy with the blower BLOWING leaves at the garage doors until leaves disappear ??

Our apartment balcony looks over a golf course and it is a beautiful view. The people in the rental office are very friendly and helpful. We have large closets and a fireplace. The appliances are fine and our garage has storage space.

Finding an apartment and moving in has been a blast. Averia was so patience and let me compare a few apartments to help me make my decision. When I had an issue with my garage it was fixed the same day. Though I haven’t fully moved in, I can tell this is a nice place to live.

I Love that this is a quiet clean community. The staffing team js friendly and quick to respond. My two bedroom apartment is the perfect size, it feels both cozy and comfy.

I have lived at St Moritz for almost 5 months now and have zero complaints! From the move in to now everything has been fantastic. The entire in office staff are great and the maintenance team are very friendly and quick acting. The complex is beautiful and quiet and feels like living in the country while being in the city. I also live alone as a female and feel extremely safe. I love calling this place my home!

I like the location and having an attached garage is nice but the total value is a low. There are much newer and nicer apartments for less money.

Great Locaton to all DFW, and the St Moritz Rental Office Staff at 5665 Arapaho Road, has the best customer service skills in the whole of america. Their peridodic get togather events for all tenants, make the whole community one village and great bonding opportunities for the tenants. Thanks. Mr. Dave

I’ve been here for a few years and I love it. It’s quiet. Neighbors are friendly. It’s a family community. The main office staff is very friendly. Maintenance is fast and efficient. I’m pleased with my experience. One thing I would change is the carpet. I wish it was a bit modern. I also wish they would pressure wash the stairways and buildings more frequently.
Maintenance responds quickly and professionally. Grounds are well maintained. Sometimes the entrance gates do not perform well. We are very happy with our location, being close to family, shopping, and restaurants.
Still in the process of moving in to my apartment. I was extremely happy with the office staff as they made the process seamless. The apartment was very clean for the move in. Happy to report, so far so good!
I’ve enjoyed living here. Staff is always friendly and helpful. They’ve been consistent in communication. Property is always very clean and concerns are handled promptly.
A few new fees to rent payments which I do not like but overall experience has been good. Can’t complain. After all it’s an apartment complex.

It's been almost two years since I moved to St. Moritz Apartments and my second review. I just accepted the offer for my 3rd year term with this community, and it tells you allot. It means I enjoy living in this place, like its location, and love my apartment. I highly rate the office team's and maintenance group's work. Our community is well taken care of. It's clean and safe. It would be convenient to have more free parking for visotors, but it could be manageable when needed. Residents here are very nice and some of them are now my good friends! Thank you all who work here very hard to make this place welcomed and comfortable like Home!
I like living here for the most part. The area is very nice so far. It's a lot of noise right now with the construction in the area. The apartments are nice, I like the light that I get from my apartment.
I have lived here for five years and have had excellent service. The staff are always courteous and helpful as well as prompt. The premises are well kept and attractive. I would recommend St. Moritz highly.
Good friendly community. Staff is very friendly and attentive. When maintenance is required, response time is short and according to the urgency.
I just moved in this weekend and it has already been a great experience. Esperanza in the office has been the best. She made everything such a smooth experience.
Location is convenient for shopping, restaurants, and family. Maintenance requests are handled quickly. Staff is pleasant and knowledgeable.
