Property Ratings at Spur
It’s Saturday 11:30am and I can’t even breathe inside my apartment. I live in Bldg 1 and the marijuana smoke has gotten so bad to the point I have to turn off my ac and open all windows and doors. I have gone to the front office multiple times but they do nothing, they only send emails. It’s everyday now and the marijuana smoke only gets worse. And Spur, don’t even bother replying to this review unless you’re actually going to take action this time. I have seen multiple reviews about weed from years ago and you people still haven’t done anything about this issue.
I’ve been living here for the past 6 months and absolutely love it! Personally I’ve never had an issue with anyone, maintenance is kind, the people upfront are super sweet and easy to work with, you get lockers for your packages with a $20 one time fee (worth it) and so far I’ve had packages left outside for hours and no one has stolen them. I feel safe in the area which is a plus! And for those that don’t have vehicles and rely on buses; they run right across the street!
Rent here is rather high compared to all others nearby and you would think you get what you pay for.... nope. -The company that owns this complex does nothing to rectify any issues you have. -Parking is an absolute nightmare (Expect to never have a parking space if you get home after 5PM and you will have to walk just over a half mile for open parking) -Your cars will get damaged from other residents. -Residents litter everywhere (Trash covers parking lots at times and cigarette butts are thrown out all over the grounds) -Residents do not clean up after their pets. -Car break ins happen often. -You can hear everything from your neighbors unit. -Residents cars get towed often.

Worst apartments around Las Vegas/Henderson area.. Please do yourself a favor and avoid. There are way to many other options in this area, keep looking!

The new maintenance supervisor is a residents worst nightmare! I had a terrible experience with him this evening for an emergency maintenace call and he was absolutely the most grotesque with us. He was loud, accusatorial and down right disrespectful. I did not allow him to step one foot into my home that’s how terrible he was. I can’t imagine how he could think that his behavior was acceptable. I pay a premium to live in a nice place in a nice area only to be dismissed and treated like a delinquent is unacceptable. Chris, the previous maintenance supervisor was so great at his job and VERY respectful. It’s unfortunate that we experienced this.
Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. They do not care about residents concerns or well being. HIGHLY do not recommend.

The person that answers the phone is rude !! She was down right rude no customer service in her whatsoever she acted like I was putting her out by asking a question do not rent from here they are very unprofessional treat you like you’re beneath them . I would put her name down as she is the one that answered the phone everytime I call . Don’t want to be said I slandering her name . Owner needs to hire professional When you want business !!
