The flooring throughout consists of durable cork or rubber tile in a warm, earthy tone, providing cushioning underfoot. The strength training area is well-appointed with multiple white cable machines, a leg press, adjustable benches, and a rack of color-coded dumbbells and kettlebells. Stability balls and exercise mats are also available for functional training. A large floor-to-ceiling mirror runs along one wall, visually expanding the space and allowing users to monitor their form.
