My husband and I absolutely love it here! The community is welcoming, the apartments are comfortable, and it truly feels like a place to call home.

Awesome! The community here is great and the staff is extremely helpful! Maintence is super quick. Parking is a little bit of a hassle and no valet garbage so gotta walk it over but no biggie. Gonna stay here for a while!

Excellent service to prospective tenants. Savanna was the one who helped me, and she was very kind and patient, and if I had any questions, she answered it clearly. I highly recommend Sendera Greenway.

The entire process of leasing the apartment was easy and effective. The staff have been extremely helpful in meeting our needs. They are always available.

You know all the face-value positives of Sendera: Great location, good amenities, and nice apartments at an affordable rate, but it's the management that make living here so great. They're efficient, communicative, and incredibly kind. I also feel really safe here as a woman living alone, both within the complex and within the immediate neighborhood.

Great place to live. Normally pretty quiet and the front office is good about communicating. Have a second floor unit and have never had any issues with any bug infestations. Parking is first come first serve so that can be the only major draw back at times. Most neighbors are pretty friendly and keep to themselves.

It's great and I love the staff.They helpful and professional. Whatever you need they do there best to help you in anyway possible. If you are looking for a new home you should choose living here. And also ask for Savannah she's the best.

GREAT PLACE TO LIVE. Sendera responds quickly to handle any maintenance issues. The staff is very courteus and professional. The location is close to shopping and restaurants.

Shower has poor pressure, dog poop everywhere, hardly answering the phone, and Nancy is rude when asking about inquiries, problems arising, or overall questions or concerns.

A calm and quiet community, sandwiched between the busy areas of the town. Well mannered and helpful crew, with quick assistance on maintenance and complaints. A good environment to live with family.

Very quiet and clean place. The neighbours are nice and very helpful. The maintenance crew is amazing. They respond very quickly to service request even on weekends.

Office staff has excellent customer service, is attentive and very understanding. Whenever there’s an issue or concern they are sure to address it immediately.

Since, I've moved in at Sendera apartments, my experience has been great and welcoming, the leasing staff and maintenance staff is very responsive, when having concerns or making a request, the apartments are very clean and in great condition, I do love the welcoming and quiet environment, and the access to many places around the area, you'll never get bored, there are so many things to do and is very animal friendly, a clean complex as well, love the area overall.

Love it although I havnt moved right in yet I love the overall look and amenities the community provides to their residents. The overall feel of being welcomed is EVERYTHING!!

I am not happy with the mailbox situation. I was informed by the USPS that it was brought to the management's attention that the mailboxes need to be moved or repaired as there has been unauthorized access to residents' mailboxes. Management has yet to fix the situation according to the mail carriers who delivers the mail. As a result, a volume of mail is being stolen. I had to go get a PO box to ensure the safety of my mail.

I’ve loved everything about living at Sendera! It’s such a beautiful cozy community! It’s in the middle of everything so there’s easy access to any store you would need!

Yes it’s not the newest property in town but what a location! I work nearby so it’s perfect too. Central market, Apple Store, H-E-B, Kroger, Costco within walking distance, the list goes on. Everything is so very walkable. There are three pools and I love my unit. Excellent maintenance response time. Thanks Sendera.

The management staff are courteous and very helpful. Issues are addressed promptly and dealt with in a timely manner. I love Carly who displays so much kindness and patience towards the residence. I also appreciate the maintenance staff especially Hector. They all make us feel valued. The complex is well maintained and I love walking at nights when it is cool. Here I get to meet others individual who live in the neighborhood. I love the ease and convenience of accessing the shops, and restaurants.

This place has a lot of charm for an older apartment. The community is clean and quiet. Neighbors overall keep to themselves, yet people are friendly and say hi.

The community here is very welcoming, definitely feels like home! Feels very peaceful. What I loved the most so far is how everyone that would come across while watching us move in was that they offered to help or even let us know if we needed anything to ask them.

I just moved in October 1. The apartment is very cozy, and I have not had any issues thus far. The community is quiet, and parking is really good.

Have lived here for just over a year and honestly don’t have any real complaints. Maintenance is always quick to respond and I’ve only ever had to call them about an outside AC issue. Friendly community and very quiet.

I have really liked living at Sendera @ Greenway. My concerns are the location of the trash dumpsters. They are too far from my apartment. Also the lack of assigned parking. Except for those two issues everything else has been great.

I have lived at Sendera for 16 yeras so my overall impression is good and I have really enjoyed my time here. I will say that progessively over a number of years things have deteriorated some like the landscaping and the upkeep on some of the buildings. All in all, it's a great location, reasonable rent for this area, quiet for the most part, and a nice place to call home. I will say that some of the problems I mentioned can be atrributed to previous poor management personel who did not focus on keeping the community up to date and in good shape. Hopefully the new current management has a different outlook on these aspects of making a community more inviting and pleasing to come home to.

Other than the pool, spa and gym, I have enjoyed living in this community.

This apartment complex is great. There needs to be some attention paid to tenants who have valid legitimate complaints, but other than that it is a good place to live.

I love how friendly the management has been at Sendera. They are quick to respond to issues, and they have followed up to make sure issues have been resolved. Considering the location in Greenway Plaza, the complex is very quiet. The number of trees helps make it peaceful as well. Neighbors are friendly. Many have told me they've lived in Sendera for years because they're happy here.

It has been refreshing to find an apartment complex where one feels welcomed. The environment is very inviting, calm, and clean. In addition, you can always find parking near your apartment.

So far so good, I feel secure, living here in Sendera Apartments and I would recommend this place to others.

Quiet peaceful community, strategically located to shopping, entertainment and travel.

The office staff has been friendly and helpful. So far the grounds seem oasis-like (trees, birds, squirrels) considering the complex is largely surrounded by office buildings. Convenient to restaurants, groceries, shopping, doctors, movies, etc. There are maybe some drawbacks from the complex being old (such as single-paned windows that can allow in a fair amount of heat unless you put up a curtain) but my apartment mostly seems well-maintained, and there are noticeable updates (such as track lighting in the kitchen). The people who live here also seem very friendly. Great place.

I have been a resident of Sendera at Greenway for 13 years and have enjoyed my time here. There have been some management changes over the years which created some rough spots but overall this is a nice, safe, and friendly community. It is tucked away in a prime area of town and very quiet and clean. It is an older complex with lots of character and charm. There are large trees and nice landscaping along with 3 pools to choose from. The grounds are well maintained and maintenance is usually fairly prompt at addressing issues.

There is such a sense of community here. The staff are always there to listen no matter how big or small the concern is. They really make me feel like I am at home.

Sendera Greenway is a great value in a great location.

Sendera has been a god-send for this time in my family's life. It is in an amazing community to raise my new born daughter in and we couldn't ask for better neighbors or staff!
