The property is lined with lush mature pine trees and a green belt along the property. The property is fully gated with convenient and quick access to the Residence courtyard or to the sidewalk or street parking at any of the nine keyed Resident-Only gates. The entry to the parking lot is in the middle of the property requiring your magnetic access card to access your private parking area. Parking is restricted for Residents and deliveries only. INTERIOR FEATURES: Sahara View Apartments offers you two different size floor plans of one-bedroom apartments. Your flooring is plank with modern blends of light greys throughout. All windows have custom shutters for maximum privacy, sun blocking, and beautiful appearance. The dining area has a ceiling fan and lights, furnished with two bar stools for the kitchen nook. Sahara View Apartments is painted Dover Plains tan accented with Smokey Forest green and mansard tile roofs. The Office is in the middle common area of Sahara View Apartments surrounded by the auto gate and card access reader, laundry room, gated swimming pool and indoor spa. You may do your laundry on your schedule, 24/7 available, with five washing machines and five dryers. Our central boiler provides constant hot water to all units. Our current and former Residents appreciate the tranquil and quiet environment at Sahara View Apartments. Some of our Residents have lived here for decades and many come back to live here time after time. Many of our Residents have lived here two, three, four, and even five times.
