Sahara View Apartments

I lived here for several years. Anne was always a pleasure to deal with and addressed any issues I had with my unit. One summer when my A/C died the management got it replaced within 24 hours. The surrounding area is a little sketchy but my neighbors were always respectful. It is an excellent property and would recommend it to others.

I lived there for 5 years and had very little problems, management responded right away to my calls. Quiet neighborhood and close to everything. Great management team.

I received a job offer and had to move my entire life to Las Vegas within 72 hours. When I got to town I had to find a place fast. The manager Ann was so amazing she made the whole process so stress free. she went above and beyond just getting me moved in, but helped me to find things like the local utility companies, places to eat and things to do. I come from the San Francisco Bay Area where you have to put a first, last, and a hefty security deposit. Not with Sahara view apartments and that made all the unexpected costs of moving to a new state that much more affordable. All the units are freshly remodeled which was great because I hate moving into a new place and getting all the bad smells from the old tenants especially when it’s smoke, but not here, nothing but freshly painted walls, new countertops, and new modern appliances. Parking was another plus, There was plenty of it and all the other tenants were vary courteous.I worked in a vary physical demanding job so after a long hot day of work jumping in the pool to cool off or soaking in the hot tub was awesome. It’s a gated complex witch is nice because I didn’t have to worry about strangers trying to break into my car witch was sometimes filled with work tools. Edd the maintenance guy is one of the coolest guys I know. He was always on time, professional and got the job done write.Dennis is another manager on site, I would always see him when I would be heading to do my laundry or pick up my mail. He was always super friendly and enjoyed getting to know the tenants personally. To sum it all up I would recommend this place to everyone I know. Ann, Edd, and Dennis are a dream team to work with and they treat you like family not a tenant.

I have been at Sahara View since 2015 and I love it ! It’s quiet, the upgrade are comparable with any of the new complexes in the city, the management team Dennis and Ann are amazing ! They really cater to the tenants, any issue that comes up they are on it pronto, Ed is great at keeping everything in order When my daughter needed a apartment Ann was quick and efficient, and now I have my mom here, 3 generations at Shara view and no worries. It is gated and safe Close to stores and transportation!! Easy peasy.

I've lived here as a single female for over 2 years and this place is a gem! The area is quiet, the neighbors are courteous, and Anne/Dennis are super nice and on top of it! Anne actually lives on site and is easy to reach by phone/text and any issues are quickly dealt with. Never had any outages or plumbing issues or pests whatsoever. Parking spaces are sufficient. The apartment itself is very cozy and clean with some modern touches. My favorite parts are: gated entrance, instant hot water, filtered water/RO faucet, ice maker, bathroom storage, and the central location. The area is not the best, but I've never had any problems myself. This place is an excellent value, highly recommended!

Close to the Strip, quiet and a gated community. The management and maintenance is really good. Really a good place to live. Highly recommended

I lived at this complex for over 2 years, with this being my first apartment me and my Husband left due to Family related issues. Overall the leasing experience was very easy, landlord is very kind and understanding, hardly had any issues only some inconveniences when there was work that needed to be done on the complex like construction, etc. Highly recommended for first time renters or someone just needed a quiet place to stay at for a while. Only improvement that could be made is access to get inside gate for tenants and delivery trucks, they limit to 1 person who can park behind the gate and they provide gate cards not codes. I lived at Sahara View for a year and it was one of the easiest leasing experiences I've ever had. The whole team is so kind and responsive. Maintenance requests were always addressed within the day, all my questions were answered timely, and they even signed for my packages when needed. The apartment itself was spotless when I moved in and everything was bright, clean, and modern. The little pool is a nice extra and having laundry onsite was awesome. The complex felt very safe too and I loved having gated parking. Five stars!! I only left because my bf and I needed a separate office space.

Sahara View Apartments is a beautifully-managed and lovely gated apartment complex. I know I can always rely on Anne and Dennis in the office for any problems that might come up. I am an active older person, and have lived here for three years. I have a one-bedroom apartment which is well-laid out. The location is perfect for me, near Sahara and Valley View. I use the convenient buses at Sahara and also on Valley View for transportation. Being gated this apartment complex is a very safe place to live. I highly recommend Sahara View Apartments!

I was looking for an apartment with a safe environment. As a medical student I had a phenomenal stay here. These apartments are always quiet and people are friendly here. All amenities worked great and staff was beyond incredible. I highly recommend this gated community to anyone looking for a place to live.

I was looking for an apartment last year and found Sahara View online. With rent high all over, I wasn't hopeful that I would find something affordable, quiet, safe, and within a reasonable driving distance from work. I have lived here for a year, and I would recommend this apartment to anyone single and looking for cheap, central, and safe I had no issues getting my concerns addressed, and I was helped by Anne at the management desk with whatever I needed.

This was my first time living in vegas and moving out alone, and I don't think I could have found a better home. While temporary, having only remained a year, the inviting nature of the owners and the complex made this place feel like I had found somewhere I could live comfortably. While the area itself remains a product of the city, that is to be expected living so close to a lot of the action. This, however, comes with the benefit of being close and able to easily access any area in the city as nothing becomes too far away. The owners are amazing people and put a lot of work into making the apartments clean and comfortable, with improvements being made regularly and the property always feeling maintained. I can't emphasize enough that I can only hope the best people find this place and are able to continue to make it into the welcoming and safe island in the city for good people to live in. I have been a resident of Sahara View Apartments going on 3 years now and cherish every moment. Sahara view is a charming yet gate accessible dwelling. The managers Dennis and Anne are very accommodating, greetable and friendly all requests are handled quickly and return all calls. I am presently pleased with all staff and grounds kept clean. Sahara View has a mixture of adult residents and gated parking along with a pool and enclosed spa to quietly enjoy. New appliances and filtered water also offered within each apt as well as privacy shutters on windows which add to the decor, carpet or flooring compliments the heavenly wall color and always clean with a space saving layout. Great skyline view of the strip's hotels is a slice of heaven we are near bus lines and lots of stores. Our walkability score is 8 out of 10 and near other senior apartments. Street parking also convenient to its many keyed entrances I would highly recommend here where you can experience a slice of heaven as well.

My time at Sahara View Apartments was nothing but pleasant. I absolutely love it! I couldn’t ask for a better apartment than at Sahara View. Anne, the office manager, is one of the sweetest people I have ever met. Adrian, the manager of maintenance, is extremely helpful and always quick to give a helping hand. I have never had any problems. 10/10 recommend! I no longer live here because I had to move back to my home state for personal reasons. However when I move back to Vegas someday, I will 100% be applying to live here again. I seriously cannot recommend them enough!

It is a gated, quiet community with free parking. Apartments are renovated and with new equipment. Excellent location, close to LV boulevard , shops and restaurants. Management is professional, thoughtful, and willing to help. We are happy with our choice

My husband and I have been living here for about 6 yrs, and I can’t tell you how pleased we are. We live in one of the larger units, The staff here is amazing. Not once have they not been helpful in any of our needs. The management is fantastic. On site maintenance goes above and beyond to help you with what ever your needs, 24/7. The laundry facilities our always clean and operable. The pool is maintained very well. It’s a gated complex with off street parking, property is very well lighted. We are seniors and feel safe and at home here. Residents are very polite and courteous.

Place is great!!! Staff is great!! They are on point always and very caring i have Been here nearly 2yrs and never had an issue... I highly recommend living here.

this is the best place find a 1 bed room apartment at an affordable price, and enough space to leave in. I was first skeptical about the space from the start after I saw the review about the apartment being tiny. but my sister motivated me to go and see. happy I went and loved the cleanliness of the place, the spacious space in the apartment and is securely gated. they have a good management team that are always ready to help. Anne the propriety manager is the best, help me a lot with the paper work, which was a little tricky, but I guess that was for the security measures to make sure not anybody comes in. will add an update as time goes on.

FIRST OFF LET ME SAY I LOVE JEFF G. AND I PROBABLY WOULD NOT HAVE COME TO THIS SITE IF I HAD NOT SEEN HIM, NOW- THIS PLACE IS A GEM!!! SMALL ,NOT NOISY CLOSE TO EVERYTHING ( I DON'T DRIVE); I WORK ON THE STRIP, SAFETY BEYOND MEASURE SO IN SHORT I LOVE IT AND MANAGEMENT IS GREAT TOO. YES I HAVE RECOMMENDED YOUR SITE!!!

Management maintains the property very thoroughly. A small, very clean 1 bedroom with a full kitchen including a dishwasher and instant hot water! Very nice apartment at a great price in a nice part of town! Can't beat it!
