Poorly mamaged, no guest parking

Stay away! While I enjoy hanging out in the hot tub I am not entertained by watching rats run by. I have kept an eye out for traps and have seen none. There is no pest control to be found. The pool deck while aestheticly pleasing for some reason is black making impossible to walk on without sandals. I hope you never want to have guests be able to park on property because the only parking spaces were taken out to make room for more units. There is a total of about 12-16 guest parking spaces available for what I would guess to be 60 units. If you leave your vehicle in front of your unit while moving into our out of your unit a towering will promptly show up!
