Property Ratings at Resia Ten Oaks
Everything looks nice apartments, pool, gym but they are a rip off. Ive been in horror since i moved here and its only been 3 months. Its dog poop everywhere outside! Not even a month with me moving in my fridge went out and i just put all my money in my fridge to feed me n my kids. The office didnt refund my money or none. Cause they claim even “New items breaks” but the whole building was suppose to be new. I had a serious medical problem i had to leave and didnt come back till a month later mind u im on my free month of rent to come back to an eviction the next week of and comes to find out they told them i was behind 2 months of rent so im stuck with an eviction and 3,000 some dollars i have to pay

The whole building is without heat, keep having electrical issues and it’s supposedly a new building. This apartments are small and impractical no storage , no bathroom drawers or linen closet no coat closet limited counter space and the island is a rental item does not come with the apartment , parking is not free and all parking around buildings and first floor is an extra fee on top of paid parking
