I’ve lived here for about 2 months now maintenance sub par nobody answers the phone when you call the front office And will not call you back if you don’t believe me I urge you to call and see for yourself took them a month to fix my ac I have 2 small children … they finally replaced my dishwasher at the end of last month once installed I asked the maintenance are you sure it works he then and I quote asked and said “Do you know how to work a dishwasher?” Me: “yes of course I know how to work a dishwasher” him: “ok then dont insult my intelligence” the dishwasher does not work …

I have been fighting for 4 months to get a new fridge, I sent videos, photos, the Maintenace manager and leasing agent showed up and took photos and videos. Water is leaking all over the floor, ice machine does not work. I can't use 75% of my fridge. I have tumors and need access to ice always to help reduce my pain. We were quoted a newly remodeled apartment but given a different unit with problems and was not cleaned. I have submitted 9 work orders and they all say complete but have never stepped into my unit. I have cameras. My emails have been one sided all from me, all we get are excuses. There is trash all over the property, front gates are constantly broken, the trash is overflowing in the dumpsters the smells radiate out. When they read this they will know exactly who wrote this. If I could add photos and videos of all this, I would.

I loved living here for over 2 years. The office staff are very kind and helpful. They are always respectful and attentive. The Property Manager, Nicole, is the best! She was helpful from the day I first did a tour until the day I moved out. She even remembers residents names! I was walking to my car one day and she spoke to me, calling me by my name. It made me feel like a valued resident. They have plenty of fun activities to do during the month also. Everything was recently renovated so the amenities are very nice! My apartment was very spacious and worth the price.

My girlfriend and I have lived here the last 2 and a half years. The apartment and staff have been the perfect place to live in that time. They truly care about their tenants and it shows from the leasing office to the maintenance. Any issues we’ve had living here were quickly resolved. During Hurricane Harvey, a lot of folks were trapped in the complex due to surrounding floods. The complex had food and amenities boated in for those who stayed behind and kept everyone informed of the state of their building for those who couldn’t make it in. The last few months the misses and I were traveling cross country for her birthday, when our toilet tank cracked and flooded the whole apartment. Not only did they correct the situation, but they moved our stuff didn’t throw anything away so we could go through it when we got back, and took pics of everything for our insurance purposes. We are having to relocate to Austin for Jon opportunities, but if that wasn’t the case we would be staying here in a heartbeat. Look no further if you are are looking for a great apartment, at a reasonable rate, with beyond excellent customer service. I am proud we were able to call this place home for a few years.
My husband and two children, ages 5 and 3 currently live at the above listed appartment complex. I can't say enough good things about this community. All the way from the staff who always greet with a smile and are professional yet very warm and friendly. The Maintenece department is outstanding. They are there by the next day once submitted to fix any problems you may have and always with a polite demeanor. The grounds are kept beautiful as well as the gorgeous pools. The residence are friendly and always will to help when needed. I love the fact that the buildings are well insulated and we never here noise. A big quality is how safe we as a family have felt living here. All in all our experience has been top quality and we have and will continue to recommend others to reserve by the lake. I have lived here eight years it is surrounde by woods, a lake and a park. A beautiful place. Two pools, a volleyball court and other amenities you'll love having. Moved here almost 2 years ago and u have to say loved it for the first year then it has slowly gone downhill. We now have new management and office staff and they do not communicate well at all. Pool and hot tub is closed half the year and since the hot tub is inside the pool area you can't use the hot tub at all. My family will be leaving once our lease is up.
I have lived in this apartment complex for almost 11 years. The apartments are beautiful and luxurious. The grounds are well kept and the 2 swimming pools and covered grill areas are a great place to gather and have fun with friends and family. The location just off the Katy freeway gives you quick and easy access to downtown Houston and a quick way out of the city and the awesome shopping and restaurants of Katy. Pets, especially dogs of many types and sizes, are welcome and loved. My Siberian Husky loves playing with all the other dogs large and small that are walked around the spacious grounds.
Overall it's a nice place to live. It's fairly quiet, has ducks that roam freely, has a good lake view and more of a family friendly place to live. The price is reasonable with easy access to I-10, close to many restaurants, and about 10-15 minutes to Katy Mills Mall or Memorial City Mall. My only problem is that about 2-3 months after I moved in, there was mold that started to seep through the caulking around the tub. It's as if the mold was covered with caulk. I have brought it up to the leasing office and hope that they can get this fixed asap.
This is the perfect place if your looking for fun events and quick ways to the Mall. Its a place to see wildlife and enjoy the sound of a waterfall in the spacious pool. You have complete peace of mind living there. Its like being on vacation all the time. Sandra N, Houston,Tx.
Reserve by the Lake is an amazing complex with awesome customer service. The only negative is the parking situation. If you get home after 6pm you won't get a parking spot by your building.
Reserve by the lake is a pretty great complex. On the plus size the apartments are a good size, it's close to a lot of things, and it is fairly priced. Also the surrounding lake and field is very nice. The only two negatives are 1. The parking is terrible and 2. The ducks are cute but can be annoying.
I have lived at The Reserve By The Lake for a year now. Me and my 3 year old love it here. The staff is attentive and consistently helpful. The Maintenace crew is top notch and always gets things takin care of within 24 hours. But more than all of that, it's the apartment itself that makes this property so great. I live in a 2 bedroom on the 1st floor. The floor plan really creates a very cozy and homely feel. Don't confuse cozy with small because the space is more than adequate and comfortable. It really does feel like a home. I lived at The Abbey down the street from here for 5 years in a 3 bedroom. Great property and staff however there was no confusing that you were in an apartment. At The Reserve, you really do sometimes forget you're in an apartment. They have TWO pools and a great workout facility and clubhouse with a Billards Table. Parking can be a pain however, so I made sure to get a car port. They have garages as well. Great community. Have made several friends at the pool already this summer.
I have lived at this property for almost 2 years and have enjoyed it. The apartment is spacious and the we have the ability to customize paint choices among other things, which is great because it feels more like a home. I would recommend getting a garage or covered parking as sometimes if you arrive later in the evening it may be tough to find parking near your apartment building. the covered space or garage are quite affordable. Also, the staff in the office are very nice and and maintenance request get done properly and in a timely fashion.
The reserve is a beautiful place to live. It's very quiet with friendly neighbors. I love the fact they have a dog park where I can take my dog cricket to run around and play, sometimes chase the rabbits. The staff members at the main office are very helpful, very organized, and maintenance is always on top of fixing any maintenance issue. The only down side I would have to say is the parking late at night there is no where to park but I would say that goes for majority of apartment complexes. But I would have to say this is the only place I've lived that I can call home.
