These units are filled with roaches . I moved here 12/11 . Only in my home for a few hours and the place infested with so many roaches . Baby roaches , small roaches , huge roaches . The big smell is so bad it makes you sick to your stomach

This has been the best 2 years, living at Rancho Vista. They will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and most importantly feel at home. The maintenance staff is always ready to help you out with any problems you encounter with your unit. You will not be disappointed living here. Thank you guys for making me feel at home!
I dont even live there but visiting a friend. This place does not look remotely like the pictures that is on this website. Bug infested apartment...trash everywhere... Pest control coming to spray but have yet to show up. Havent had hot water since Friday...It is already Monday. This should have been taken care of immediately if this was any other apartment complex. This is a good reason for an early termination of a lease. Good luck people....
Quite honestly if I could give this apartment a negative star I would. First or all I will say that that the office people are very nice, however the apartments themselves are terrible. Never, before have I seen so many roaches in one apartment that was supposedly bombed before I moved in. In addition, their idea of fixing things is to have cardboard/back of old products instead of drywall. There was water damage that looked to be a bit old, so that means that there could have been mold. The carpets are coming up everywhere and holes in the walls and door. Also, the garbage disposal is rusted out and illegal wires under the sink. I would avoid this apartment at all cost, the pictures and the reality are nothing alike.
Was just a quick pick of somewhere to stay . the whole apartments doesnt have alot of hot water ! On top of that it takes forever to get hot and when it dies get hot its not hot enough
This property is ok for the price , have some problems with the hot wather , good locations ,
I have lived at Rancho Vista for 3 years. Since I've lived here the management has done lots a nice upgrades to the community. Also work order requests get done quickly and well! I recommend this place to anyone!
I called and asked the rate for the one month lease and was told 6 months is the shortest lease.
