I have lived here 5 months ago in this place and I really don't understand where the good reviews come from or why they talk about good service and good maintenance when it doesn't exist, in the words of the director who works here "we are short of hands" and I wonder: where does the money that pay us monthly goes? (That's no small amount) It can be up to 5 days without picking up the garbage, they never pick up the boxes so it's useless to pay for a valet trash since you have to take recycling yourself. When the guy finally collect the garbage, throw away the garbage bags from the upper floors, many of them explode by blowing with the floor and leave the areas near the garbage dirty. The common areas and the pool are no exception, you will never see anyone sweeping or cleaning the dirt. Maintenance requests can no longer be made on the website, you have to go to the office to have your request and they written down in a post it and leave it archived in a notebook. I've been waiting for maintenance for my bathroom for 3 weeks. The gates doesn’t work, so it’s open all time, so if you looking for a secure place to live and don’t be worry about your stuff and your car, Rancho Mirage it’s absolutely NOT the place to be.

They introduced mandatory Spectrum ISP fee. I guess new management wants to steal money from our pockets during this pandemic. They will not provide proper update on water outage and will not act/respond when we try to reach out to them. I suggest to stay away from these apartments. If you have extra money, donate them to poor people instead of giving it to Rancho Mirage..

That being said, we understand that some require specialized speeds and they do have the option to upgrade directly with Spectrum. The services are poor. The current management is rude and they are not in a position to listen. One of the worst service apartment I could see in Irving. Be cautious before you sign.

Not at all worth talking to those people in the front office. No one knows how to talk with people. And the worst worst worst management and maintenance team is the worsest. Don't ever rent here. We have been in this same community from past 3 years, never felt this way. Planning to move out of the this place.

Well managed property with excellent staff to help any time. Best choice to live in the area with good amenities. Living in this apartment for more than 8 years. Well connected park and DART railway station in walkable distance are good facilities for walkers and commuters.

Since the management changed we really had problems started with maintenance issues, leasing renewal, the way leasing office guys treat the resident everything is going in wrong way. I am sorry to say but they really don't have any humanity and understand their work. They are not ready to do anything at the time of renewal not even a carpet wash. So I decided to move out. For every maintenance issue we have wait for days and sometime months. I really don't recommend this place if you are expected more positive response from leasing staff.

Although this community has the advantage of being close to the park, it has several issues in terms of Roaches, water issues and more importantly thefts, which is very common here. The management doesn't care and wont take any initiative in protecting any of the three issues i mentioned above. It has an entrance gate which has a secure passcode, but which is known by the entire city including the Cab drivers. When we decide to leave this place, the management charged us for water leakage damage in the Drywall, which was caused by the apartment above us. We had nothing to do with the damage, the charges should have gone to the person that caused the damage or the property owners should manage this expense. They didn't discuss this issue/charges with us but directly sent it to the 'Claim Agency'. They charged us $2300 for damages that we did not do. Even when we tried asking why we were being charged this amount, they refused to listen to us, didnt respond and treated us badly. We were forced to pay since it went to the claims agency and would effect our credit even though we refuted the charges. Anyways, My Sincere request is to stay away from this community, so that you can avoid any future potential problems. Thanks for reading this.

Roaches, Maintenance delays, Leasing office folks complaining that they don't have enough folks to serve has become the norm and the past year has been terrible with this community. I'd been staying here for close to 4 years and the only staying in this community though the facilities are far less compared to the other communities is because of their maintenance quality. But new management and their attitude, when you go with a concern is terrible. Plz stay away if you can as yall can afford an better apartment with better cost in nearby neighbourhoods.

Hi. This is Kishore Mukka and live in Rancho Mirage apartments. My review about Rancho management commitment and how they treat their tenants. Management is very poor on maintenance, they take 2 to 3 weeks to fix issues and that to after many followups. It happened to me many times. And I usually make rental payments on-time but I missed the date this month because their system was down on 08/03. By the time I logged in their online payment system on 08/04 there is a late charge and I do a travel job so was out of city to drop a check. And Property management didn't agree to waive off the charge and question me why I didn't make the payment before 08/03. When I have the right to make payment till 08/03 11:59 how can they can question me why I have waited till 3rd.. I told them I have proof proof that I tried to make payment on 08/03. It's being 6 months I am requesting them to replace refrigerator but they never accepted my request. Water is leaking inside the refrigerator and we have to keep a bowl and empty the water every 4 to 5 hours, very inconvenience. There was raine water leak in master bed room and they took 3 weeks time to fix it. Had to fight with management to get it fixed. My final feedback is try to avoid this community. they don't respect your requests and living comforts.

One of the worst appartement . Appartement is filled with roaches & after many request and work order to resolve management has not done anything . I don't recommend this appartement . Roaches get into ears when sleep . There are thousands of roaches all over

Want to give zero rating, but the application is not allowing to submit. worst apartment i have seen so far in the USA. The management is so arrogant and they don't respond well to the issues. I went to the leasing office on some issue and i was threatened by the leasing guy that he would call police saying that I was yelled at him, i was actually telling him my problem. once you get inside and lease the apartment, then they don't even care for you. I suggest not to have this at least as an option. Fed up with this apartment :-((((((

Roaches!!! Roaches!!!!. I am a current resident and I dont recommend this property at all. Instead i am considering breaking the lease move to another aparment. The mangement is worst here and it seems the property was sold sometime back, the new management is dont even bother to help their tenents. I have complained about the roaches couple of weeks back and didnt take any action, and simply closed the work order. I hope these people doesnt know anything about how to manage the property. For the roaches issue, they should do the pest controls for continuelsy for about 6 months or more, when i spoke them they said they will treat it one time and complete the service. The old mangement is quick to resolve the issues, we have complained about the raoches few time with previus management, the issue was resolved. And it seems new management doesn't want to retain their tenants. we are seriously considering move out option.

WORST...PATHETIC....RIDICULOUS... Olympus properties was awesome and now the new guys came and the management, maintenance, staff, response, receptionist, what else everyone and everything sucks with this new guys... The new guys are so careless, irresponsible, rude, lazy... I am not sure how am I gonna stay here with these guys. Will move as soon as I can and will never comeback...
