I’ve lived here going on three years and it’s been great! The leasing office staff is very nice and they are always willing to help. I also enjoy the events they throw and the food trucks is a great pick me up if you’d don’t feel like cooking dinner! Overall good place to live
The complex overall is really nice. So far it is peaceful and the maintenance team does an excellent job taking care of request the very next day. However, there are small pest in the unit.
I am truly impressed with this community and the level of care and professionalism shown by Alyssa and her team. From the moment I first visited, I was greeted with genuine warmth and friendliness, which immediately set the tone for the entire experience. The community itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and very clean, which speaks volumes about the pride that management and staff take in creating a welcoming environment for all residents. What really stands out, however, is the staff’s dedication. Alyssa goes above and beyond to ensure that every question is answered and every concern is addressed with patience and kindness. It is rare to find a team that makes you feel both valued and supported, but this community accomplishes just that. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for not only a place to live, but also a place to truly feel at home.

Prose south main is a nice community, very bright and fairly clean. The inside of the apartments gives you a luxury experience. The pool and grill area is nice. It’s been a pleasure my 2 and a half years living here.

I love these apartments. The neighborhood is nice and pet friendly. Staff is always helpful. Maintenance responds quickly. Only complaint is towing, so have your guest check in.

It has been great so far. Massive upgrade from our old apartment. Maintanence has been very quick with minor issues. Definitely not planning on moving for a few years.

When signing the lease, our move in date kept getting pushed back, resulting in my room mate and I having no place to live for nearly a month. The previous front desk worker that helped us is no longer there, but she caused us a lot of distress due to false promises of move-in dates and leasing specials. Our time since has been rather smooth. Maintenance is always timely and are kind. There has been cases of car/tire theft and vandalism. There was supposedly a new security hired, but is rarely seen

The complex is clean, and with a lot of amenities. I especially love that it comes with washer and dryer in the apartment, I would hate to have to take laundry up and down from the 3rd floor.

PROS: spacious units, quiet, dog park, safe, good area CONS:small parking lot, pool hours , small gym,lack of notice for community activities, lounge area is only open during office hours 9am-6pm which is work hours for most ppl, dog poop, no poop bags,

We have truly enjoyed our almost 2 years at Prose South Main . The staff is friendly and supportive. The few maintenance things we have had were taken care of quickly and efficiently. My only concern is will I be able to afford another lease renewal. Thank you Prose staff!

After 15 months of living here i’ll say it’s a mediocre place to live. The staff doesn’t make you feel welcomed one bit. I ALWAYS felt uneasy going into the office, rude and have these uptight attitudes for whatever reason. The leasing staff doesn’t really care about your concerns, they will tell you they’ll return your phone calls and won’t. The assist manager is going to ignore you every chance she gets and when you do get a hold of her, she’s just gonna breathe into the mic and repeat the same question every time you call. You literally have to bother them day after day to get them to even recognize that you have a problem and after that it still won’t get solved. If the small chance of it being solved does pop up, it’ll be at the very last second and not in your favor. There’s dog poop EVERYWHERE so please make note of that, it’s as if doggy bags and trash cans don’t exist. If you like relaxing at the pool you may want to pass, each guest will have about 10 people minimum with them and they love to have music wars with the other families. You may even get a show of your neighbors fighting and screaming in the parking lot at 3 AM. Floor level also doesn’t matter because the walls are paper thin and you’ll be able to hear you neighbor cough regardless of you being upstairs, downstairs or on the corner. The train is also LOUD late at night. Your AC might start breaking for no reason, which is a dangerous game living in Texas and maintenance will ask you if you’re sure you can’t wait on them to come the next day and fix it. I literally don’t know how this property has a 4.0 anymore these reviews are DEFINITELY fake.
Clean community but they need to do more for their residents. Maintenance is awesome, office staff sucks.
Prose maintenance team is excellent. I can send out a request the night before and they are right at my door no more than 24hrs to fix whatever I need done
