It’s been great here we love it. The staff is always so helpful and the complex is always so well kept and clean. The maintenance guys are always here on time whenever something goes wrong and is very understanding. The pool is always so clean and they keep it free from leaves/branches from falling in.
I’ve really enjoyed my time living here. I’m happy that I decided to live here since everyone has been really nice and the features are great.
It’s Wonderful living here. Staff is friendly, it’s quiet and maintenance comes fast. The apartments are well kept and I enjoy the neighborhood.
Hadn't moved in yet, but so far experience was great. Johnny at the leasing office was so friendly and respectful. The apartment community was so nice and clean. I would refer anyone to this community.
Great work on the grounds. Especially, fixing the pot holes. But the complex needs move work. The gym equipment needs repairs and very often sanitizers always run out.
Nice place to live and grocery, bank, food are nearby. Easy access to bus stop. Swimming pool and gym is clean. You can have coffee in office. Also you can play indoor games. Overall, highly recommended.

Still a Great Place to Call Home! I'm happy to report that this apartment complex continues to be a fantastic place to live! The staff and maintenance team are truly great; they're incredibly responsive, addressing any issues timely and fast. The only minor points to note are a bit of noise near the pool areas, and a couple of potholes in the driveway. These are small inconveniences in an otherwise excellent living experience.
we have really enjoy living here! My only problem is my annoying loud neighbor but hoping our apartment transfer gives us quieter neighbors.
The apartment complex was good for the stay. The place is closer to multiple international cuisine restaurants. Also there are many stores around and some are walkable like HEB, Traser Joe, CVS.

We had a good stay. The locality is good and ease for stores and restaurants. There are few parks near by in a short commute. Also, there is a bus stop just outside the apartments.

The team that running the Plaza at Westchase is very friendly and professional. Mitzy has been helping us before we moved in. Johnny and the maintenance team have been very helpful after we moved in. They take our concern seriously and react quickly. My wife and I are very glad we chose this place to be our first destination as new residents in Houston.

This is my second year at Plaza at Westchase, I love this community so much, it's so quiet and close to everything so if you don't have a car that's okay too. The apartments are so nice and the layouts are beautiful, I definitely recommend moving here.They have a pool and fitness gym here too so you can get your workout in and spend liesure time at the pool.
Great place to live. Office personnel are always ready to help you and take care of your concerns. Maintenance personnel are top notch, including Mr. Alejandro and Mr. Gabriel.

A year ago, when I came to this apartment complex, I was excited as I read the reviews and it looked nice and well-maintained. The maintenance team are still the best. The upkeep of the communal areas has significantly declined. The driveway is in terrible condition, with numerous potholes that have been neglected for months. The lawns and green spaces are poorly maintained and look unkempt. The building entrance is frequently muddy, giving it a dirty and unpleasant appearance. Despite bringing these concerns to the leasing office several times, they have consistently been ignored.
Great place to live. Everything about it so great. A lot of places around the area. Great for family. Nice environment. Lovely neighborhood! Kids luv it

I recently moved into Plaza at Westchase Apartments, and I absolutely love it here! The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures and videos—no surprises, just as promised. The amenities are great, and the location is super convenient—close to grocery stores and restaurants. The management team has been amazing, and I truly appreciate Mitzy for being so helpful and supportive throughout the leasing process. It’s been a smooth and pleasant experience all around!

Debo expresar mi desagrado ya que el complejo ha desmejorado en calidad. Las calles rotas, jardines sin atención, vecinos que botan residuos de comida en los balcones, vecinos sin el permiso de discapacidad que se estacionan en los puestos accionados y el valet de basura en nuestro casa en muchas oportunidades no la recoge.

Wish the leasing staff would actually take me to my new apartment unit and guide me to the mailbox, dumpster, show me how to use the remote key than just pointing to the map when I first moved in.
Been here for more than a year and just renewed our lease. The community is quiet, clean, safe, and well maintained. The staff is wonderful and responsive to maintenance requests. The office staff are also very helpful and patient and are on top of any issues that arise.
It's been a really nice experience so far. All management people are cooperative. The location is perfect for a quick grocery run, as Trader Joe's is in walking distance. There are a few restaurants nearby. So far I don't have any unpleasant experiences. I will definitely recommend the place.

I’ve been living here for 3 years now and I absolutely love it. I don’t have many complaints. The location is great, there’s a lot of things around like restaurants and grocery stores. I feel sad that I’m gonna have to move out because I really love it here.
Good place. Very good management. They are responding timely. The place seems very secure. It also closer to most of the retails shops and restaurants.
Everyone has been super helpful and responsive throughout my approval process and move in. The property I clean and well maintained, and I love my apartment. My one issue has been with the gate opener I was given which has never worked a single time despite going into the leasing office and calling to get it fixed. I was just told “it should work now” and then it didn’t and I’ve been dialing myself in on the guest entry. I’ve only been here just over a week though and I’m hoping to get my gate opener issue resolved this weekend.

I had an issue with my smoke detector. They fixed it In less than a few hours. Also the staff are always so nice and friendly. I love living here
Very calm community I like the way the staff keeps the area clean that’s definitely a very big thing, very friendly people that live here and would recommend.
I have been experiencing a lot of roaches in my apartment, poor communication from the front office staff. And one of the maintenance men tried to pain over mold in my bathroom when told there were mold instead of treating it. Parking in these apartments are ridiculous and I have had a package stolen from my front door and when asked to view the cameras from the date never gotten a response back or feedback
This is an amazing place to live! My only complaint is my noisy neighbor blasting music at all hours of the night to the pint it shacks my end tables.
