I think this apartment is pretty good. Sometimes I see large cockroaches dead in the hallway. Since they are always dead, it seems like pest control is working well.
I like here but I have a thing I'd like to say. We appreciate it if the apartment team pay attention to the fitness center. There is always something that is broken and it’s not safe.
The front staff worked with us as we were moving into our first place and made sure to put maintenance requests in for anything we saw so it would be done by the time we were fully ready to move in!
So far so good. Easy to contact maintenance and management. Apartment was in good condition. Lots around the area to do as well. Gym is big!!
Every person in the leasing office is very friendly, they made my move in date super convenient, and my apartment was cleaned and available for move in day.
It was very nice to leave there ! Love my time there the amenities the place the views everything was very convenient , I will definitely come back in the future with pearl
I've been living here for two months, and I feel that this place is safe and well-maintained. The air conditioner repair I received recently was quick and great.
This apartment is clean and comfortable. It’s really convenient to go anywhere. Finally I decided to renew my contract. I will stay here for the time being.
I had a great experience touring this apartment. The location is amazing(close to Costco, Whole Foods, and plenty of great restaurants). I also loved the friendly and welcoming atmosphere, which made me decide to move forward with the lease the very next day after the tour. The application process was clearly explained, and the staff was very helpful throughout. At one point, it seemed like my application had stalled, so I sent an email—and they responded right away, letting me know which document I had missed. After I submitted it, I was able to move on to the next step the very next day and complete the process quickly.
The staff is very courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. On several occasions my issue was resolved with one phone call. The property is beautiful and maintained well. Thank You!
I’m already in love with this community, and I haven’t even moved in yet! The amenities are great, friendly and helpful staff, very aesthetically pleasing, and A6 is a beautiful floor plan!
Unfortunately, my experience hasn’t been great. The dog park is constantly covered in dog waste, despite claims that it will be cleaned regularly—it never is. Meanwhile, management seems to care more about minor trash violations than actually maintaining the property. Noise after hours is excessive and never enforced, and to make matters worse, some homeowners don’t even clean up after their pets in the hallways. The one thing keeping me sane is the friendly people at the dog park. It’s frustrating because this place has potential, but the lack of proper upkeep and enforcement of basic community standards makes it a disappointing living experience.
It’s nice my experience at Pearl greenway the only inconvenience that I have it’s the delivery packages sometimes ppl stolen from the mail room and the elevator to the 4 th floor never worked for 2 years till now . It’s a big inconvenience

It's been great ! I had tons of questions when I moved in, and the staff has been very helpful even when they are busy. I was concerned about the noise level because I'm on the first floor but it has been chill and quiet. Pearl Greenway is pretty accessible to everything - which I love! I had two othe apartments on my list but I'm glad I chose Pearl Greenway.
Flooring and ceiling is made with poor and cheap material causing you to hear everything from your upstairs neighbor. Most tenants seem to be night owls blasting music late and management does not intervene to resolve the issue. I highly recommend considering other places if you value peace.

Things have gone downhill at this community over the 4 years I’ve lived here. I’m moving out due unresolved water damage in my unit due to the apartment complex’s lack of care to fix it. The water damage is extensive and was due to the AC and water heater being broken. The lack of care is unreal.

So far so good. I love here. But If I was to say it, I want them to fix treadmills. It has been past over 5 months since I’ve submitted the maintenance request but still don’t work. Maybe we should give up.

My move in was smooth had a bit trouble with my alarm going off randomly. The staff are such sweethearts. Only complaint was getting the for the freight elevator and my alarm blairing unprovoked. Overall the complex is very nice and I love it so far
Great staff, great amenities. Pretty decent on how clean the property is kept. Very little to no noise. Been here for a lil minute now. 10/10 highly recommend.
The atmosphere is excellent , administrative very competitive, when you have problems they resolve everything very fast . Is quiet clean is Awesome to live there
I enjoy my stay here, it’s a very nice, clean, convenient, & peaceful living experience staying here. I have never had any issues and when maintenance is needed, they are responsive right away & just as attentive.

Mgmt team is terrible to deal with and completely unprofessional. They do an awful job of keeping up the building. Crime is bad, car break in's weekly and mgmt does nothing to boost security. When I had troubles, I was hung up on, given the run around, and no one was willing to work with me for the 2 years I lived there. The also tack on ridiculous charges upon move out.

Mgmt. has no idea what they're doing. The crime is awful & dozens of cars have been damaged/broken into/stolen, lights are constantly out everywhere, elevator inspections are past due, floors are tearing up, mold coming out of vents in hallways, exterior doors lock you out, dog park is NOT safe. Don't live here.

Terrible. Do not like the office staff, they were rude and unhelpful. They towed my car despite being parked in visitor parking lot. There were no signs indicating any rules about the visitors parking lot or any restrictions on the guest parking. I was using my boyfriend's car for a few days, so my car was in the visitors parking lot to allow him to use it in case of an emergency. When I called about my car, I spoke to Lydia, and she was unhelpful and mean. I asked for someone higher then her, and I did not receive a answer. I called another Pearl to get her mangers number, and I'm currently communicating with her boss . The staff is not friendly at all. If you want guests to be able to visit you, do not rent from this place.

I'm sorry you felt that anyone was rude to you. Unfortunately, your car was parked in the same spot for a very long time and the registration was expired for over a year. The license plate was checked and since you are not a resident we had no way to know whose car it was. It was finally tagged with a warning sticker on 2/28/2019. With the car not having moved and no one coming forward we finally had it towed almost a month later on 3/22. When entering the garage to get to the guest parking area there is a warning sign about towing. You might want to change your rating as Lydia does not work at Greenway anymore and hasn't for a few weeks so it couldn't have been her you spoke with. Unfortunately, cars that are stolen are often abandoned at apartment communities and we have no choice but to have them removed if we can't locate the owner and no one comes forward after the warning sticker is applied. We wish you the best!Pearl Greenway Management.
If you are over the age of 22 and have an 8 to 5 job, I would suggest living anywhere else. Very loud partying that goes on all hours, you hear constant fighting between people who live together. MGMT does nothing about any of it and makes you feel like something is wrong with you for complaining and raising issues.

I was planning on moving here and even went through with the application process but several things happened prior that should have been a red flag and I am glad that things went the way they did since they prevented me from living here. 1) I toured with Lidia twice. The first time it seemed like she couldn't answer most of my questions or said she would get back to me on that (never did). I assumed she was new since she was very polite. The second time (nearly a month or two later), I had to wait 30-40 minutes to get a tour and she still did not answer the questions I had for her during the second visit. 2) Since I still assumed that she was probably new and not trained properly, I proceeded to the application process that same day on the apartment that I had liked and toured. Unfortunately, someone had signed the lease for that apartment already (which no one informed me of) so I went ahead and picked my second option but sent an email regarding some questions about it. 3) I sent 2 emails to Lidia as well as the email listed on the website with a simple question regarding move-in date.... It has been nearly 2-3 weeks and I have not received an email or call....... I have taken my business elsewhere and am thankful that I did... I found a nicer apartment complex that is even cheaper that does not fail to answer questions in a timely manner in which, in my opinion, says A LOT about how they will treat you once you actually live there.

I have live here for 3 months. Very noisy and rude neighbors.
I love my apartment, and I'm very picky. The location is in walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, and the movie theater. The interstate is also a couple blocks away. The units themselves are beautiful, and the leasing agents/management are very helpful. I have never stayed at a better place!
This is a great place to live. Very nice and helpful people. Apartment is 2 minutes from 59. Very close to the movies, to downtown and midtown. The Asian and Indian districts are a 10 minute drive down 59 S. So you are super close to the best places to eat, chill or hangout. You're never too far away from anything really.
