Like the name implies, this district is home to the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Although this neighborhood is a clear choice for students, faculty, and staff, the University District offers allure far beyond the campus. New management means new help . Cynthia and Teresa in the office are wonderful ladies. The application process was smooth and they called me back in 2 days …after moving in I had a few things that needed attention and they got innit right away …Maintenance is wonderful , they came about 30 min after I put in a work order ….I truly recommend 2025 and beyond with this management…. TY
I’ve lived here for a year, I complained I hardly ever get hot water and they sent a maintenance guy over and he turned on all my faucets and when it got slightly warm he says see?? See? Hot. So I thought he must have fixed it before he came over. So I took a shower, it didn’t even last 10 seconds. I rarely get hot water. And I work grave yard so I can’t just have them come over whenever. I’m going to start looking for another place.
The lady I was speaking with on the phone hung up on me. She told me that this was a bad time to call and I just wanted to ask her a quick simple yes or no question, and she hung up on me while I was talking. Very unprofessional and has definitely made me rethink living here.
Very nice apartments. The intake process was easy and affordable. Very satisfied with my new home!
I sad I can’t give them zero stars . This is by far thee worst place I’ve ever lived . Please don’t move here you’ll regret it. Management knows about BED BUG AND ROACH infestation and have not or reply that’s it’s not of enough complaints so they decided not to alert the bld. Tenants.

There are newly remodeled models with: - Recreation room with pool table - Swimming pool and spa - Workout room - 24 hour on call maintenance - Four washers and four dryers on each floor - Three elevators - And some great views of Las Vegas from the top four floors - Apartments starting at $760 per/month
The management staff is very helpful and friendly...very pleased and satisfied.. any problems you may have they fix it right away..
