good clean area and management responds quickly. The pool is also kept clean and garbage isn't just piled up or left out. I don't like all the fees they didn't mention but it's only my second apartment I'll be sure to keep that in mind next time
Very homey vibes, and a peaceful atmosphere within the community. Everyone is very nice and helpful. If there are any issues that need to be dealt with like maintenance, etc. they do it immediately and on time. The food trucks are a huge plus!:) Just wish for an unleashed dog park to top it off for all the little fur babies to run free.

Move In process was smooth! The ladies in the office are the best ! Feel like I’m going to love living here. The apartment barely had any issues literally couldn’t ask for anything more!
I'm new resident on park on Napoli. Everything looks awesome and clean, in two weeks living here I don't have any problem, if something new happen with the time i will share my updates here.

Amazing amenities, a variety of floor plans, maintenance responds quickly, on site courtesy officer, and plenty of community activities to participate in if you work a 9-5 job. Only cons would be cleanliness in public spaces and free parking availability

The complex seems to be very quiet, I have walked around a few times and neighbors are friendly. The staff is also very helpful and quick to address any needs we have had thus far.

I love everything about the community, the gym, the yoga room and the nice resort style pool. I love how any errands I need to run literally everything is right here. Great complex.Good atmosphere.

The community is very nice. Mariah and Joshua made my move really easy. The apartments all have nice finishes. The hallways are really clean and so are the elevators. That was one of my biggest concerns, if the other tenants clean up especially after their dogs.

This has to be THE place to live. The community is very friendly and helpful when needed. Our fur babies are welcomed with open arms when we see anyone in the leasing office or neighbors that happen to walk by. My husband and I absolutely love it here. All the amenities and fun events that are packed in makes it worth the stay. Even the maintenance people are awesome. They come the very next day if able and will fix it right away. If it isn’t possible to fix it right then and there, they will communicate with you about what the next steps are and how long the waiting period will be if parts need to be ordered. It’s so nice to have our voice heard and taken into consideration. The assistance manager, Kyle, is our go-to guy! He loves to greet our dog whenever we walk him, he makes us feel welcomed. It’s just an overall 10/10 experience and we’re glad to be able to call Park on Napoli home.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They are very attentive and constantly cleaning everything in the community. The residents are also welcoming and courteous. I am currently enjoying my new home, highly recommend joining our community.

Below is my 5 months experience of living here: So first the good things! The apartments are beautiful, not spacious but beautiful. Maintenance is great. The gym is fully equipped where you don’t need a gym membership. What’s not good is the management!! They have a huge pool issue, where they cannot control the number of guests residents are allowed to bring in the pool. The maximum occupancy of the pool is around 60 but on the weekends there is more than a 100. They cannot enforce the pool rules, people smoke and drink, they are loud, and they play music on extremely loud speakers. I paid extra for a pool view but there hasn’t been a good experience from that, it hurts the eyes and the ears. Management is almost impossible to reach, their communication sucks, they’re not friendly! For instance, the only time I tried to enjoy the pool before it gets crazy in the afternoon, the pool was closed for some reason on a weekend. I went two hours after opening time and was still closed, when you ask them why their response is “oh I don’t know.” Their idea of fixing the pool issue is by closing it AND without communicating that it will be closed or anything. They said nothing. Management also has a problem with their residents for leaving trash outside but believe it or not their trash valet never comes on the times the management advertises. In conclusion: I am not renewing my lease.

We appreciate your positive feedback for our apartment homes and service team. In response to these concerns, we have implemented a pool concierge, which started this past Friday. Our residents have been informed to call our after-hours line to let us know about the issue, and then immediately follow up by calling the Harris County non-emergency line to report a disturbance at (713) 221-6000. Our pool is open for our residents to enjoy from 8AM to 9PM. The pool was temporarily closed on Monday, 6/19/23 for maintenance, and an email was promptly sent to residents. This is the only day our pool has been recently closed. For any valet waste pick-up issues, please contact our leasing office at (832) 303-7601 and our team is happy to communicate with our vendor. We hope to improve your experience moving forward and will be here if you need anything from our team.
These apartments are spacious and very chic. My favorite rooms are the bathroom and kitchen. They are beautiful and quite large. You will love it here. It’s worth the price.
