Park on Memorial apartment homes is the BEST managed, the nicest property in Memorial & the Energy Corridor. I enjoy coming home every day. It's nice to see my neighbors taking walks through the beautiful new landscaped property and children riding their bikes and playing in safety. The bells of St John Vianney sound beautiful. I just love it here.

I enjoy living at Park On Memorial, I find it a very quiet and pleasant place to call home. Maintenance is always prompt on fixing things inside our apartment or our building, and management is helpful on all matters, with the exception of the parking problem, which really needs to be addressed by the corporation to the management. I have recommended to several people this is a great place to live.

This place is falling apart, instead of updating the landscaping y'all ruined. Maybe make sure the ac units can handle the square foot of the apartments and we don’t have to go through this every summer . We’ve been here 8 years. The last 3 have gotten terrible

I love living at The Park On Memorial!! I would suggest that carpet be installed in the second level apartments!! Without it, there is constant cracking and popping noises, which does not make for a peaceful living!!

The staff and maintenance professionals provide excellent management and service. They work very well with deaf and hearing tenants. The team as a whole are very professional. I always receive same day repairs when needed. The office staff contact me via cell phone. Communication is key.

I have been living at The Park on Memorial for several years and have always found it to be peaceful and quiet. The maintenance staff is always friendly and professional and prompt and take care of any issues that I have. Right now, there is a lot of remodeling going on with the apartments including landscaping that has yet to be completed and when that is done this will be a nicer place to call home.

At this time, Park on Memorial is transitioning in ways I believe, will really enhance the property. New siding is being put up, as well as fresh new paint with a much more attractive color scheme, is being added. Trees that posed a danger are being removed and so forth. At times, this has caused inconveniences, but as things continue to come together, I think, it's really looking good.

I have always appreciated living at the Park on Memorial. There is plenty of space to walk and enjoy others in the community as they too are out and about. I have to say that what I enjoy the most about living at the Park on Memorial is the sense of community-overall friendliness among the residents. There is plenty of space to walk and nature to observe- people greeting each other on walks with pets or just enjoying a stroll.

Would rather not have the cost for trash pickup. Rather take care of trash deposit in local dumpster my self than to be charged for something I do not use or need.

Starting from the move in to this stage it has been more bad experience than good. What I like about this community is greenery, rest of it is not so good.. broken road, parking issues, people both the office and maintenance teams.. this is a beautiful community and it requires major improvements to bring it the original glory.
