I applied to the property and sent the deposit. They wanted to contact my former employer (I don't know why, when I began working with a different company). They denied me without explaining the steps and what was needed. I sent them my offer letter and pay stubs and still wanted to contact my previous employer which caused a long delay. Would never deal with them again.

Really nice apartments i love this place i been living here almost 3 years already, staff are really nice Wendy and Stephanie there always try to help you and they always doing really nice events for residents....LOVE IT :)
Lastimosamente no hay seguridad y es muy frecuente ver personas ajenas al lugar . Es contante el robo dentro de los vehículos y tienen un área completamente descubierta por donde se meten ratas y cucarachas creo q no lo recomendaria
Recent reviews posted on here do not reflect how GREAT the staff and property really is. Manager is always trying to improve the appearance of the community. The leasing consultants makes it super easy to apply and to get approved. When I moved in I had no issues with my apartment. And they even gave me a welcome home gift. The maintenance team is AWESOME! they take care of maintenance request in less than 24 hours. The specials they're running now are unbeatable. The other new properties around this community do not meet the PLEASANT costumer services that Eli, Steph, Wendy and Bianca provided. They make you feel welcomed.
I found this unit after doing an internet search moving from another city here in Texas. It is located on the houston/texas city line. It is an excellent area with every shop, store, and restaurant you can imagine. It is also just around the corner from I-10. However, when you pull up you see the complex is not in the best shape and outdated. The speed bumbs in the complex are extremely high and can damage your car. The parking lots in the complex do not connect, so you run into dead ends while trying to find your unit, or giving directions. My appliances are at least 25 years old and do not match. Their covered parking fee is 25 dollars, and children ride bikes and skate boards underneath damaging cars quite often. The unit had upgraded laminate flooring, and counter tops but all fixtures are extremely old. I was wondering why the apartment was the cheapest in the area. Look elsewhere for just a little more money.
I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE UPGRADES THAT HAVE BEEN MADE TO AN APARTMENT COMPLEX THAT HAS BEEN IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD FOR YEARS. THE CURRENT STAFF HAS BEEN VERY HELPFUL AND HAVE A LOT OF ACTIVITIES THAT KEEP HOME RENTERS FEEL IMPORTANT AND NOT JUST A 1ST OF THE MONTH TENANT.
